Everything is good except parking. No parking provided by the company. A bit hard to find parking. If you find parking. Please be carefull where you parking otherwise your car will be clamped on the next morning before 8 am. Other than that is good. Nearby shop and restaurant.

Clean, inexpensive, and good location”
Rooms are slightly worn but kept very clean. I took one of the large family rooms, facing the river, because I wanted the river view. The location is great, and the river facing rooms are quite quiet. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

CHECK BIG ROOM S FOR LEAKS”
Time for checking.This past Chinese New Year holidays I got a DOUBLE ROOM in the second floor.The only problem is the ceiling above the toilet kept dripping as I was using the bowl. Also, management must fix the watermarks on the toilet, on top of bed and dressing mirror. Of course,the staff kindly gave me another DOUBLE ROOM. Thanks loads.

Antara hotel paling murah di Kota Bharu yang offer single room. Kemudahan dalam bilik lengkap - air-cond sejuk, air panas dalam bilik mandi, kettle, tilam empuk, tv.. Sesuai untuk those who spend whole day outside, and came back to hotel to have a good rest and sleep.. Recommended!

COCKROACH CRAWLING OUT OF BEDCOVER”
The cleanliness standards need to be improved.This past weekend,as I entered the room#204, a cockroach crawled out of the comforter to the top. What could be worse than sleeping with cockroach???? Despite paying in advance, calling before coming , and arriving two hours after normal Check-out time, I still have to wait for a room. The internet is also unstable. By now it would come to more than 90 visits here, they don't like keeping their guests it seems to me,do they?

Best location, but got bed bug!”
The hotel room, was very nice.The room that I choosed can view the Kelantan sea, which was lovely.However the stay become unpleasent, when my son got bitten by bed bugs! and please asked your counter staff to put on deodrants as they were smelly.The check in was bit rough to as we have to wait for them to checked on our paid bookings! But lucky that when we got into our room, the shower works wonder:)

FIX THE WATER SPOTS”
Management needs to check the rooms because some are in need of repairs especially the water spots and holes like the one in #204. The water dropped on my thighs at first so I couldn't snapped a picture but the next one fell into my receipt book. So I asked for a room change.The same thing happened a few months back.

Room not up to standard.”
This is my second time stay at this hotel, locations is absolutely awesome which is close with the popular kelantan foods hotspot, easy to access to town by walking distance and grab hotspot as well. Regarding the hotel room was below average, stains spotted at the door and the toilet bowl water was very difficult to flush away. Has been call up the hotel technician tp fixed it, but issue happen again on next day. Overall is acceptable but could be improve.

Re-check plumbing throughout, please. No hot water in #303 & droplets on my pillow from above. Is it someone using toilet or sink? Or is it air-con? Not sure.
