A gem in the Upper Eastside ”
We stayed at the hotel with our puppy. The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was very spacious and the full kitchen really did make a difference for our stay. The hotel location was also very good, close to many nice restaurants, a supermarket, 7-11, and CVS. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Room was huge!”
I booked this room at the last minute so our family could be within walking distance to funeral services. Because I had never heard of the hotel brand and it was relatively less expensive than others in the area, I wasn’t expecting much. I was really pleasantly surprised! The room was really huge!! The staff was genuinely friendly to us and our kids. There were little perks like a lobby pantry and board games to borrow. I will certainly keep my eye out for this hotel brand in other cities.

As all of New York City, remodeling is constant. Our place too was going through their remodeling and elevator use was inconvenient but with a little leg exercise, we enjoyed our stay.

Room booked was not available. Was forced to stay at sister property 14 blocks away. Much further from hospital. Still awaiting resolution from agoda. No one taking responsibility. Very disappointing to say the least.

Large rooms, super helpful staff, and very quite, up market and residential neighbourhood. Close enough to walk to central park, or if you want to travel to any other part out NYC the subway is a 3-5 minute walk away.

Absolute gem”
This hotel is an absolute gem. It was absolutely perfect for us with the fully equipped kitchen and fantastic staff. The property is very clean and we felt like we were coming home to our own apartment every night. I would like to make a special mention of staff members Michael and Libby who both went out of their way to make our stay fantastic.
