Pleasant experience with a beautiful view!”
The initial room I booked had a small issue with it, not their fault, probably previous occupant issues. I was immediately upgraded to a larger room with no extra charges. I must commend that Eric is very helpful in getting me settled in, very responsive. Thank you so much. I booked this place for a short personal retreat alone during MCO 2.0 and spent most of my time in the room and am so thankful for the amazing view facing the KL skyline and comfortable clean space to give myself some time to do some journaling and reflection. If you’re looking for a place to unwind or have some time alone, do consider Ginger8. You won’t regret it. :)

Completely furnished.”
Check-in was bit challenging as you prolly will get lost looking for the mail room. host will assist all your queries. Hv fun! Other than that, I had pleasant stay. View is great. Room is clean. Above all, everything is provided considering the price we paid. (water heater, coffee, toaster, induction cooker, washing machine, extension cable, wifi, netflix). They will collect 200rm deposit and it will be returned within few hours after check out.

Very clean, great view of the surrounding area, comfortable like a home away from home. Room has a great design and layout, lots of natural light. Very clean. Our hosts inquired and provided us with parking facility without any additional charges. The only thing missing is a pair of home slippers. Would definitely be back again in the future if traveling around the area.

It was a pleasant stay, The host is very friendly and the entire self check-in is smooth. The studio unit is well maintained and very clean. The city view is superb and Parking is not an issues. As I travel with Car, finding for nearby eateries is not a problem. Definitely will be back for next stay!

Perfect Loft for a Family!”
I truly enjoyed my stay at Ginger8! The Loft had all the necessary amenities. Clean and functional toilets, kitchen, beds, sofa and cupboards. Having a 2in1 Washing Machine/Dryer was the touch in my opinion. I washed a good bulk of our clothes before leaving after my stay there. We did have an issue with the upper floor toilet but the response to fix the issue was super fast. Both Eric and King were very prompt, patient and professional! I'll book this Loft in a heartbeat the next time I head down to KL.

GREAT SPACE, GREAT VALUE”
The host really fast with response and provides very clear instructions on how to collect the access card for free parking, room, and tv remote control. Great view (the bed close to the windows, love it!!) facing the federal highway. Definitely will stay gain! Thank you Eric.

The washroom is very clean and the whole unit is well maintained. The check in process is smooth by referring to PDF(photos and maps) provided and prompt reply from host. The unit is at strategic location and the security of the building is good.

I am really thanking ths owners as they have crafted ths place perfectly as a real home! Huge studio with almost everything in it! No complaints at all and the response by them super fast n convenient! Ths my 1st experience booking a agoda homes n i really thought it will be hassle but trust me !! Its easier then checking in to hotels!! I love ths place n the service n definitely coming again.. hope ths management can open up in other locations too.. gud job!!!

Convenient Place ”
The location was tips for me because it's right beside Sheraton PJ where my conference was. It's right at the next building, a few steps away only. But, eating out was a bit difficult because there wasn't any resto nearby except for a couple. Fortunately there are taxis and Grabcars aplenty and the fares are not expensive. Also you can order in food throug Food Panda or Grab Food. My apps which were set up in the Philippines worked perfectly well in KL. I like that the place is clean and had all the basic amenities i needed... a hair dryer, clean towels, flat iron with ironing board, tv, wifi, and a bonus.. a kitchen! The place was quiet and comfy so i had the best sleep ever. Would stay there again if i had a chance.

The best place to stay. Very good service from host. Free parking and got many empty slot to park your car. The room is clean and comfort. But,they dont provide toothpaste. Everything is good.

Very clean, with all needed amneties ( better than hotel). Location very strategic. Instructions by owner on collecting room card were very clear with pictorial instructions. All in all had a wonderful stay of 2 nights.

Great place to stay when you got water disruption at home”
Pro: - Friendly and helpful staff, they will contact you once you purchased. If got problem with the door they will come to assist. Super great on customer services. -Cozy and neat place. -Facilities good too. Easy to watch the TV and they used electronic door lock so you don't mess with the key and access card. - easy you to check in and checkout not like. Cons: -I got the view blocking with other block. I will suggested you this management rather than Chrisenbel due to cleanliness and services from the staff
