위치는 괜찮지만 체크인하는데 심각하게 불친절했고 방에 들어가자 마자 축축한 곰팡내가 코를 찌름. 침대가 썩었음. 너무 낡고 지저분하고.. 물은 많이 줌(?) 조식쿠폰은 좋았고 아무래도 여긴 먹는 걸 중시하는 모양입니다.. 쿵쾅쿵쾅 밤새도록 울리는 소리 때문에 시끄러워서 잘 수가 없었어요.

워터파크”
선웨이 라군 워터파크를 이용하기 위해 아주 좋은 위치이다. 하지만 워터파크가 가까운것 이외에는 큰 이점은 없다. 우리는 워터파크를 이용하기 위해 예약한것이기 때문에 만족한다.

리셉션 직원태도”
예약을 창문있음으로 하고 돈을 더 지불해서 예약했는데 같은회사 다른이름의 호텔을 보고 잘못 예약했다며 방을 안바꿔줌.건너편 같은회사 다른이룸의 호텔로 바꿔달랬더니 가서 돈내고 직접 체크인 하라고 해서 그럼 이호텔예약한건 어찌돠는거냐고 헀더니 그냥 버리는 거라는. 황당한 얘기를 헀다.하도 어이가 없어서 빤히 쳐다보니 눈싸움을 하듯 노려봤다. 키큰 인도여자의 불친절한 태도에 여행기분을 망쳤다.

Near Everything”
The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I fall in love the moment I walk in the room. The hotel is accessible to any place you need to be, public transport, shopping wall, restaurants, convenience store, banks, theme park, everything is in walking distance from the hotel. Only downside is the parking as the hotel is at a very popular spot, the hotel provide two space for parking based on first come basis. Overall, excellent stay at the hotel.

Friendly staff and clean”
It’s really strategic place to stay, Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon are just across the road. The staff there are really friendly, and helpful. Not too fancy hotel, but reasonable to stay.

Easy to find shop to eat or buy anything. Room quite clean with affordable price. The only negative things is hard to find parking spot during peak hour.

Nice hotel”
Very nice hotel. However guest need to pay RM50 as deposit upon check in and the parking was difficult to find. Overall the hotel is good to stay and I will stay here again.

Great value and terrific location”
The staff is really friendly, and the location is great as it is just right across Sunway Pyramid. The room is overall clean, although the bed linen could be cleaner a bit. Recommended for anyone visiting Bandar Sunway!

NICE ROOM AND MANAGEMENT!!”
The room was ok and have enough space for a group of 4. My room have certain issue with the water heater but the management handle it immediately. I pay less but I get comfy room so for me it was good🤗 btw im not a fussy client

Convenience and safety”
My priority was affordable convenience-walking distance to pyramid and the canopy walk connected to BRT. It's also on the safer (less sketchy) side of pyramid -brighter and more traffic + police station and helpers nearby

Overall good & good location”
Firstly, we arrived 11.50am. The reception desk have 2 staffs 1 is guy & 1 malay lady. The guy was so kind said to the malay lady let us check in early... & also maybe he see our parents can't walk properly & tired after long journey. We also request early check in but the malay lady not allow & that malay lady keep pointed the guy look like scold him. .. For me it is very rude & not respect to her colleague. The lady told us that we only can check in on 3pm. Okay fine. I dun wan to make the guy in difficulty. We go off. Back to hotel again on 4pm was attend by a guy & a Indian lady with very efficient & poliltely. - Walk to Sunway within 2-3mins. - Next door (left side) is 7E. - Next door (right side) is ABC Bistro. The restoran was clean, efficient service & food 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. -In front of the hotel is KFC.

Good location”
Good location if you are spending the whole day in the Sunway lagoon theme park, otherwise, its a 1hr drive from the city. Nevertheless its accessible in brt and train station so you could still access the city. Hotel amenities are okay, good bed, its actually very good for its 3 star rating. Definitely will come back.
