Most of my family stay was good. The room was clean & spacious. The staffs also friendly. The price for a room considered affordable. The filtered water machine and fridge was provided outside the room which was a bonus for us. Maybe they should equip this motel with an elevator especially for those old age person or OKU to access the room in view of two level motel and the stairs quite steep. Parking space also bit limited.

Clean & Spacious Room”
We book a room for 3 adult (1 queen bed & 1 single bed). We only stay at nite & rest of the day time we are out. The second day we stayed there, my mom see a big cockroach crawling at the wall. I think they need do more housekeeping even when there is no guest stay in the room. Dusty everywhere eg ; corner of the floors, on the blinds, windows & shelves. The bathroom is superb. Hot & cool water system. Spacious & got it own mirror.

BIG ROOM”
Travel for 3 days and 2 night with my friends. The room is big enough for just 2 of us it's very spacious !! Down there there is restaurant with a nice environment. Petrol pump is just a few meter from the motel and easy access to other shop. The staff were very friendly to serve us early in the morning.

Ok but not great”
Room was not too big not too cramped. Pillow, mattress and blanket was definitely of motel quality. Didnt manage to get good enough sleep. The air-conditioning unit was filthy, full of dust that i cleaned it on my own, first thing i entered. Parking is limited to 10 cars and you will be competing against diners coming in for the meals at GM burger in front of the hotel. The reception was also a headache as we arrived a little late at night and had to go to the restaurant to get the key and checking out at 8am in the morning, the counter was still closed. We had to call up the owner just to check out. I also noticed there was no personnel at the counter during open hours.

Good for Couple without any child”
Not good for family with young children, and must provide room daily clean even with more money. I like it since I have car and the lady in reception is very recpectful

Tissue is not provided in your room. When asked, they said only for non-Muslims. What is the purpose of tissue? As toilet paper only? stay there more than three days but they will not clean your room even if requested!! Their reason is because this is budget hotel. Wow.

No hospitality ”
1. 5 days stay without room house keeping. 2. No drinking water in room and not even a cup but have 2 plastic cup at 1st floor to be shared with 30 other guest. Imagine how stingy! 3. Their staff is the owner relative so they complaints about you more rather than you yourself. 4. Front office operations only at 9 to 5 pm so if you require anything pls don't. 5. No toilet paper 6. The mattress you can feel the coil spring on you back.

Unfortunately on arrival the bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Furthermore the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I had slept on, full of springs that stab you and uncomfortable pillows. Unfortunate, as this property is well located in Kuah and could be good value for money.

pro and con”
arrived early and host allow early check-in without extra payment. room very spacious. strategic location at kuah. staff very helpful. but window use shutter instead of curtain, and the shutters were dusty. exhaust fan in toilet came together with ceiling lamp, cannot switch on the lamp without turn on the exhaust fan, in my room it was broken and nearly fell off the ceiling. mattress not so good, can feel the spring when you lay down. no tissue available in room or toilet. door lock not function perfectly, can feel there something loose on it.

We stay here for 4days and 3 nights. The hotel have no mug to drink water, let alone to have complimentry coffee. They only ready shared mug at the water filter. Have no room service to clean room. Just imagine, we stayed for 4 days, when we asked for room services the gave us bed sheets and asked us to changed it ourselves!! In my life, travel all around the world, this is the first hotel that asked us to change the bed sheet ourselves!! The hotel also not very clean. 1st day of stay I take a look beside the bed, its dusty and have junk food leftover left unclean.They also have restaurant at the hotel. We have our dinner there, we order 1 jug of juice... Unable to finish the juice so we asked the counter to bring back to the room with the jug... The counter said no problem but suddenly the hotel owner scold us.. That is so embrassing!!! The owner is so rude and arrogant!!! Really not recomended to come here!! The location also quite far from the kuah town!!

A nice motel, convenient location close to Kuah town. The parking is not many but I can park in every night. GM burger store is just outside and free delivery to room. The room is very clean but there leaves hairs in the bathroom so have to cut the last rating star. Same to the service, we’re given the wrong room at first and the WiFi password seems not working too. A very recommended place to stay in Langkawi!
