Best Arlanda choice in economic options”
Kindly ask hotel to inform you about the free shuttle, because I did not know that they offer such a service otherwise I will not get a taxi from Terminal to hotel! all was good and they wake me up before my flight so perfect service.

Is closed to the airport, staff ok. Breakfast normal, not to very varied but is ready from 4 am, and this is important for those have a fly early in the morning

Good shuttle bus service & clean room”
Room is clean & staff is helpful. You can get coffee & tea for free at the lobby. Call the hotel and they will arrange the shuttle bus, do not need to wait for a long time. Very nice!

Good place to stay for traveler taking flights from Arlanda airport”
A easy trip to the airport from the hotel, room is clean. Checking in took a while though as the staff couldn't find my booking through Agoda.

Airport proximity is great, but local transport difficult”
It's close to the airport and the shuttle is very fast once you call. It's on demand rather than scheduled which is appreciated. The young man driving/checking in and serving meals is very polite and friendly. A credit to the chain in these times. The room was pretty basic but clean. It was on the cool side but I like that... Who knows after a night there but there is a radiator and quilt packaged up if needed. Shower was hot and strong! The location is the middle of nowhere so if you're not driving you'll have to rely on Uber or try to catch a ride back to the airport for local transport and buses.

I called them from the airport twice for the shuttle, and nobody picked up. When I reached the hotel in other way, they said that they are understaffed and they were busy checking in lots of people. The lady was professional anyway. At the reception desk there was seldom anyone, they were behind the curtains and you could see them using their phones and chatting and not bothering to attend the people at the desk. Understaffing is responsibility for the management, the rest is recruiting, training, motivating and personal attitute of course too.
