Exceeded my expectation, restaurant is near, 7e is just in front, best thing is, Paradigm Mall is very near, plus many smaller malls nearby. the hotel itself exceeded what i expect of a budget hotel. Recommended.

The only minus point is internet signal is very slow. A few time stay it still unchanged while it is quite cheap to up grade the internet. Good price for a good hotel

what you paid is what you get, don't assume you will get 5 star service and facilities if you are paid 2 star rate. at least this hostel still provide 2 pack of coffee, shampoo, TV, good conditioned air-con, and water heater.

Affordable stay. Near public transport. Near MCD and hypermarket & mall. But the room have musty odor. I think its from the blanket. My last night was interrupted by noisy guest untill 4am!!! No staff attend or do something.

Stayed here for one night for a simple stay over. Although parking was a bit limited but, didnt have a problem getting one during my stay. Room was simple and practical. Although they were having a piping problem that day, it was resolved relatively quick with a good follow up by the staff, which i appreciate much. I would like to express my gratitude for the commendable honest and efficient staff services, when i left something behind in the room, they were quick to keep it safe for me.. Much thanks..

A good hotel in KL”
I was disappointed on two counts: Firstly, Agoda SHOULD have informed FOREIGNERS that there is an ADDITIONAL RM 10.00 /night tax plus a RM50.00 deposit. This extra came as a surprise, because I had placed the amount that Agoda had informed me, in an envelope of RM, only to find out that more was needed, which meant having to get more money in RM from my wallet. Secondly, although the room was clean, there were NO POWER outlets beside the bed, and staff did seem cooperative, when I requested an extension lead to tap power from the foot of the bed, to achieve my aim. In the end, I asked for the bed to be turned around, to access the power that I needed. In addition, although the bathroom was clean, there were no power outlets in the bathroom either, for electric razors and toothbrushes, so I had to buy manual razors and toothbrush from a distant GIANT store, because the conveniently located 7-Eleven store was expensive.

Overall stay was good. Location is very convenient as everything is nearby. Parking could be a hassle as there are limited lots. Need to do a bit of maintenance because place to hang the clothes was missing. Reception area need to look a bit brighter to give a good ambience
