Clean and comfortable”
The staff is responsive and friendly. We had a bumpy start because we were not contacted by t The furniture is slightly old : wear and tear obvious at kitchen cabinet. All electrical appliances works well. The bedroom Aircond is quite warm. The toilet is big with a sunken shower area. Sharp edges at the shower area is not suitable for young kids to shower without supervision. The air ventilation at the shower area is one of the area I am most impressed. Shower area gets dry fast. Location is good for walkers. Safe and easy to grab food at urban cafes. Cafes nearby are over priced though. RM12 for an iced latte in a glass. (Glass size is slightly bigger than the glasses tht are served to drink beer in the dodgy pubs) *SMH* Quite near to lalaport. We took a grab instead of walking there 😜. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Value for money. And appreciate the peace and quiet.

1) Check-in -Very easy to deal with.. Free hassle.. 2) Room -Very spacious room.. But need to improve on the smell in the room.. It did smell a bit when enter the room and the toilet.. Do please improve by putting auto air purifier.. 3) Lift -Host will provide QR code and it’s very also hassle free cuz no need to use card.. 4) Parking -Will be given QR code for only 1 car and flat rate per day RM10.. 5) Room door -No keys nor card.. Host used a smart door lock! Love it cuz very easy too.. 6) Wifi -It is provided too.. 7) Facilities (Swimming, Gym) -Each of it they only allowed 1 hour.. Open at 9am-8pm.. 8) Pool -There are 3 pool.. Which toddler pool 0.42m, kids pool 0.90m and adult pool.. 9) Location -Easy access to Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square and KLCC with car.. If you love to explore, you also can walk to Pavilion or Berjaya Times Square.. I also walked around from Pudu till the residence for 7.7km.. It was nice and great experience..

Cheap pricing,high class stay”
Checking in was easy with proper security at the entrance that made you feel much more secure. Ample parking space & near to residence elevator. My unit has a washing machine & microwave included that brought joy to my eyes when entering the unit. Aircond was cold,linen was clean. Long story short,will definitely stay again.

Good clean rooms, clean beds, nice new modern apartment. Awesome swimming pool at roof top. But single owner apartment, better to make a call before reaching there. Everything fine!!

Very good in everything but parking need pay extra and spare bed can feel the spring. Ask for replenishment of shower soap they never came. Otherwise very good room and price

Great location with walking distance to Jalan Alor and Monorail station. Unit with 1 room but two separate beds (Queen/King and Single beds) respectively at different space. Can cook in the unit with provided utensils

Stopping by in Bukit Bintang”
Pros: many! Everything you need from a home is here: cooking utensils, microwave, iron, hairdryer. Nice facilities to with swimming pool and convenience mart on the site. Breakfast is delivered to room in 9.30 - not too early. Cons: we need to wait for the owner to confirm the check-in. And in our case, it takes 2 hr. You better call the owner in advance so he can prepare accordingly.
