Convenient and near food stalls”
Improved infrastructure now with cooler aircon in the rooms. The bathroom washbasin water outlet leaks straight to the floor in most of the rooms. Good and friendly service by staffs like Aishah and Nini. Need to improve on parking facilities. If come back late at night, no parking space left for hotel guests.

Hotel is nice but needs improvement on maintenance”
My stay was alright. This time room 161 the aircon was cool and nice, but the washbasin in the bathroom, when you switch on the water it pours onto the floor. The staffs Ms. Aishah and Ms. Nini were friendly and pleasant. 2 weeks back I booked the family suite room 101, the aircon was very slow in cooling the room in the afternoon as it was a hot day. The night was cooler, but the aircon units need to be serviced. We can't be sweating in the rooms on a hot day, it's ridiculous!

If you wish for a good stay on the outer city, this is it.. Traffic noise is a concern for light sleepers, but overall a decently priced hotel.

Aircon in the rooms has improved now. Bathroom washbasin water leaks through outlet to the floor. Good and friendly front office staffs, Aishah and Nini. Keep up the good work.

Good but needs maintenance improvement”
Staffs like Cik Aishah and Cik Nini were friendly and helpful. This time I booked the family suite with 2 Queen beds, for another friend who was in town. Needs maintenance on the Aircon units especially on a hot day. When we checked in the first few hours we were sweating in the room as the aircon was only blowing warm air...couldn't feel chilled air at least till the sun went down. The cleanliness was ok, sheets were clean. We liked the 4 lounge chairs and a small table in the room. A family suite should at least have a minibar or mini freezer. No glasses or even a boiler pot. In the bathroom, the washing basin, water was pouring on the floor. Poor maintenance, need to improve or next I'll have to look for a different hotel. The TV channels were pathetic, only channel 1 was clear, the rest had no reception., at least if the local channels were available could have been better. The location was good and convenient but we were not pleased with the poorly maintained aircon on a hot day. We checked out around 10am as it was getting warm.

Night staff, Nini needs to learn better customer service, never smiles and not very friendly. I chose this hotel as it's near the eateries, mini markets, shops and at a good location. Generally it's good, just needs improvement in the maintenance area.

Budget hotel with complete facilities”
Pros: Basic amenities are provided by the hotel. Ironing board at common area, drinking water refill station, you can even buy drinks in the hotel lobby at a normal rates (some hotels charge higher for drinks purchase). The hotel provide RM10 breakfast voucher which can be used at downstairs mamak. Cons: Some yellow stains on the bed sheets and we experienced some itchiness while sleeping over the night. It would be a great experience if the cleanliness of the bed could be improved.

Stayed here for 2 days. They give you coupon vouchers for breakfast. Overall, im very satisfied! Will come again if i have some bussiness in kajang area.
