I really liked the location. I was able to walk to many destinations. The various desk staff during my 4 day stay were very friendly and helpful when needed. I did use the pool, which was nice. The pool was large and there was plenty of seating around the deck. The breakfast was decent, lots of options. Nice soap/ shampoo/ lotion in the room. I wish the room towels were a little more plush. Other than that, no issues whatsoever!

I enjoyed the views of the hotel from downtown. The room was outdated. Breakfast was not good. Hotel lacked ample parking space for valet service etc. Room was nice size and staff were helpful. Overall I will not stay here again.

Great Hotel ”
Stayed for a conference and the hotel was clean, room was great, breakfast was awesome. Close to everything in the downtown area so you can walk and enjoy a little bit of Dallas.

Surprisingly good breakfast, beautiful rooms, excellent location, friendly staff, and affordable prices! I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in downtown Dallas!

Overall fantastic experience. Be sure to know that there is mandatory valet parking and breakfast was ok (not the best not the worst.) Overall really cool area with lots to do and excellent value for what we paid!

No maid service for the entire 4 night stay plus a leaking toilet from the both room above my room”
Stayed there for 4 nights location is all right down towards the end of commerce street. Homelessness and vagrants through out the area. But that is expected with the pandemic and all. Now my main issues with this subpar hotel are no maid service the whole time I was there. Every morning I left my dirty towels on the floor like the sign said in the bathroom and every night when I returned to the room no fresh towels. I had to go down to the front desk every night and get my own towels and toilet paper. Empty my own trash in the hallway garbage can. Now for the second issue. The toilet was leaking above the bathroom in my room so my bathrooms ceiling had a wet spot and a whole in the drywall were water dripped out. Lucky nothing dropped on me.

Location was better compare to crown Plaza. This is modern clean and better option for a budget stricken folk. You can never go wrong with Hampton.

It was good. Pros was the hotel itself was very nice and clean. I felt that I didnt get what I requested from what I thought I was. The bathroom door was pretty heavy. A small earing table would have been nice. The customer service was great! The hotel itself was very clean and fresh! But the area / location. .. Our view was disappointing. Lookimg at a broken down building across the street. Looked like a parking garage. Pan handlers EVERY WHERE!!! Disgusting when you look out your window several times and just about each time you look out you see one urinating! And the smell when we walk around wanting to site see. I know that is all out of the hotels concern but it sure would have been alot more pleasant. But the hotel itself was good. I dont know if our price something to do with it which it shouldn't. But I would suggest anyone to make it clear to avoid that side at least.

Este hotel es ideal para ir a conocer el centro de Dallas, es super céntrico puedes ir caminando a un montón de lugares emblemáticos como la torre Reunión, Museos, lugares para comer...de verdad quede encantada!!!

Gran hotel y gran servicio”
Muy céntrico, conveniente si no rentas coche. Todos los miembros del staff fueron súper amables. La habitación estaba muy limpia, muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario y más. Me encantó, ¡muy muy recomendado!
