JFK 공항과 가까움. 차량으로 분 내 거리. 오래된 건물이나 숙소는 깨끗-화장실 깨끗함. 조식은 간단하나 배부리 먹을 수 있음. 24시간 로비에서 무료커피 이용가능. 프런터데스크 직원 상냥함은 기대하지 않은 게 좋음 (조식 준비하는 직원들은 친천함 ). 차량 렌트한 경우 주차공간이 넉넉치 않아 주차시 불편함. 편의부대시설 없음. 식당 & 바 없음. 같은 계열 Hilton 호텔내 _로비 복도로 연결됨_ 레스토랑 이용 가능 (단 식당도 1개만 있고, Private receiption 혹은 party 가 예약된 경우에는 이용 불가능함 )

Friendly front desk staff. Super Easy to log on and use the PC's in the lobby to print out my covid 19 test results so that I could fly the next day, easy to walk to the lounge next door to eat dinner. Great shuttle bus driver!

They had complimentary shuttle, very friendly staff, clean, good security and were connected to Hilton for restaurant, would use again

Close to Airport for late arrival”
Got in at 11:30 so this place was great as so close to airport - has free shuttle but unsure when it would get there, as they don't have free phone like other hotels - but they did come in a yellow vehicle - driver was very friendly as was at the reception we got. Really good free breakfast and checkout is 12:00pm which is good with late night checkin as you need the extra time to sleep - would highly recommend to everyone

It's at the airport”
This place is perfectly located. The room was clean and, for New York, not too cramped, and the bed was comfortable. There are also some issues. The lobby was a bit of a madhouse when we arrived with two clerks trying to wait on several customers and several airline crews. The lobby is garishly lit so it looks more like a convenience store. The two BIG issues were 1) the failure of the hotel to be able to confirm my reservation without multiple calls to them and the booking agency and 2) the phone system's inability to connect you to a human being when you call to request the shuttle. I stood out in freezing weather trying to get in touch with someone. For a major hotel chain, this is unacceptable.

Be careful! There is no airport shuttle after mid night. Hotel reservation website is misleading.
