예전에 더 페이스 와 본 데라 시설은 대충 알았고..루프르 탑 수영장도 본 터라 또 봐도 좋은 곳..ㅎㅎ 위치도 내가 좋아하는 KLCC 근처라 다니기 딱 좋은 더 페이스..ㅎㅎ 다음에도 말레이 오면 또 가고 싶은 곳..ㅎㅎ 6명이 즐겁게 놀다 갑니다~^^

넓고 깨끗해서 가족 여행객에 좋음. 프론트가 따로 없어서 전화하면 내려옴.가방을 맡아주지 않아서 따로 하루 방값 더 지불하고 투어 했음.

숙소가 45층이더라구요!!!!! 숙소도 깨끗하고 뷰가 환상적입니다~ 51층 수영장도 너무 좋아서 아침 저녁 모두 올라갔었답니다~ 이 가격에 이렇게 좋은 투베드룸이라니!! 대박이었네요~^^ 위치도 좋아서 페트로 트윈빌딩까지 아이들과 걸어갔어요~^^ 도보 10분이면 충분합니다~ 숙소 강추합니다~!

The Best!!! Love the infinity pool and gym. The room is clean, has an awesome view, and . Owner is very accommodating. They were able to assist us even if we checked in very late. They also took care of our luggage in minimum fee after our checked out. Surely, we'll book this again!

I enjoyed swimming at the 51st floor with breathtaking view of KL tower and Twin Towers. Room is very clean and spacious. No hassle because you can self check in.

The room is clean, stylish and spacious. Platinum Suites is very popular to tourist, expect that the the elevator & pool are crowded. During our stay only 2 elevators are working, so we are forced to use the stairs. Overall we still enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

We are really enjoy our stay in this hotel. Staff very help full for late check in and early check out estimate 2am. The location so good, close to major attractions places, mart… I would love to stay back in this place if I have a chance to visit Malaysia again in future

Management was very well accomodating, although i booked the wrong dates, they provided me with another room which cost extra with no extra charges. Place was very tify and clean..Perfect for family or couples

Value for money and standout location ”
Pros: location , car parking , Child friendly and living space. Awesome view of KLCC and KL tower from swimming pool Cons: no room service , have tv but no Tv connection , sometime you have wait for lift for literally 10 mins (2 of the 4 lift was under repair).

Thank you for the good review! As we are not a hotel (we are a homestay provider), we do not provide room service. Also, there is no TV connection in the whole building because the Malaysian government has recently shut down all TV networks to undergo digitalisation. We are so sorry for the inconvenience of the lift maintenance as well.

Good apartment, room was spacious, they have infinity pool (but very dirty), gym , the apartment was full of tourist very crowded and need long time to wait elevator.

A really nice view! I was in 42 floor, my room has city view. The sun in malaysia wakes up late :)) until 7:00 am we see the sunlight. That’s so strange compair to viet nam an the sun set at 7:00 pm Dis: tv didn’t work. We can not watch or connect with youtube There is no window in my parents room. Only 2 water bottles provided for 3 nights. Like: view, location, pool view, receptionist, owner is handsome and speak English well

Unfortunately the Malaysian government is working on the digitalisation of all TV networks in Malaysia so they have currently put on hold all TV programmes. The whole building does not have TV. Worth the Price”
Room facilities and the suites is amazing. But it's not cool that we have to give a refundable deposit 400 RM which we can only get back after 2 weeks. That sucks. We don't mind if we can get it after we checked out. And also the property owners should include their contact numbers in booking confirmation mail ( not with +65xxxx). That'll make it easier for us to communicate. But apart from these facts, I really love the apartment and all facilities especially infinity pool :)

Thank you for the good review you have given us! Unfortunately we have to charge a deposit of RM400 for each booking as the management of the building is super strict and charges us RM200 for each lost key card. If you pay the deposit by credit card, your bank puts it on hold and returns it to you after 2 weeks - we have no control over this. If we did, we would definitely return it back to you immediately after check out! That is why some guests prefer to pay the deposit via physical cash that can be returned immediately after check out. And sometimes, Agoda blocks numbers from being exchanged on this platform to prevent direct bookings outside of Agoda. We will look into sending our phone number via email instead!
