As a solo traveller”
A good services performed by the staff. That is great. Just make sure to bring your own meals, or your own garbage bag once you decided to eat inside your room. They do provide you with a small garbage bag, but yeah, i guess it wont be enough. Bring your own tissue, they do provide, but well, maybe not enough. Bring your own towel, and carefull with ants. Surely alot of that creatures walking on the floor. So make sure you take care of your room well. 😉 i still recommended it though.

Nice place to stay. Subway, speedmart, self dobi, gym all is near. Parking facilities also nice. Rooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and good in response. Not an issues. Highly recommended.

Clean room, corridors, lift service from basement carpark, very good staff, free underground carpark with security, excellent wifi, food outlets nearby, even a gym within walking distance and laundromat. Excellent place.

Staff very friendly & helpful, free parking at basement, cleanliness good, simple & easy budget hotel. 99 speed mart, Indian vegetarian, india restaurant at same roll, 3 mins walk down beside shoplot have malay food at the corner. bah kut teh & Chinese seafood restaurant opposite within 5 minutes walking distance. Easy access to LDP highway.

Good but can be improved”
The cleanliness is tip-top and my whole family is very pleased. Staff efficiency is high. My email to them was replied within 2 hours, and our request to replace a spoilt kettle was done within 15 minutes. However, I hope the amenities can be improved. The TV's reception in my room is bad and I can't watch any shows. There isn't a locker for our valuables. On checkout, the staff unintentionally gave me a chipped $100 note as return for our rooms' deposit. The note got rejected when I used it to make payment at a restaurant. It created some embarrassment for me then. Overall, I still recommend this hotel, especially for those who placed a high priority on cleanliness. Thank you.

Reasonable price, comfortable bed, not too hard to find parking during weekends. Downsides were aircond not cold and found bunch of hair and dust at the corner of the door. Overall, it's still a good hotel choice.

Bad air conditioner, no mirror in the room, small room”
The room aircond is nt cold at all.. very small place to even walk in the room.. the room size is different from other room eventhough we choose the same room type.. No mirror in the room, only in bathroom.. We requested mirror for getting ready n thy said, thy only gt 3 mirror's in the hotel n all r in used.. since we came as a group thy ask us 2 share the mirror with other room.. How r we going 2 share the mirror?? We are all attending a wedding on a same time.. put a mirror in each room for better view of us.. wat is the use of mirror in the bathroom.. get ready in ter? U think ters aircond in bathroom?? N plz put white lights in rooms.. too difficult to get ready.. otherwise the room is clean n bed is comfortable to sleep.. plz make changes.. it would be perfect..

A budget hotel that worth the money you paid for. There's a night market just across the hotel that sells lot of delicious food. There's also a nice Bah Kut Teh restaurant in a walking distance.
