사진과는 달라요”
숙소가 생각했던 것보다 많이 달라서 당황했네요. 체크인하는 곳인 줄 알았는데, 옆에 있는 콘도건물이었고, 사실 어떻게 보면 방치된 것과 다름 없는 건물처럼 느껴졌어요. 수영장도 사용할려고 하니 문이 잠겨있었고 숙소를 올라가는 입구가 반으로 나뉘어져 있는데 정확하게 기재가 안되어 있어서 한참을 찾아서 올라갔네요. 그래도 가격대비 숙소안은 괜찮았습니다. 옛날 느낌이 물씬 풍겼지만, 잠은 편안하게 자고 왔어요. 저렴한 가격이라면 괜찮은 숙소지만 어린아이들과 동행한다면 추천하고 싶지는 않습니다.

very pleasant & comfortable place to stay..shop & rest just near by..only hig would chage their rules on check - in time which i think too late ...try to make it different to other hotels policy..ex..make it earlier for guest check in..it easy but would hive big impact for the business

Very great place to stay. Some facilities are old like cooking appliances and some plug are looks unsafe. Swimming pool facilities is very limited usage time 9am- 5pm only. And if you want to go there, need to look their staf for the key. The lift is very old and not sure if it safe enough. Others than that all seem great.

Homestay apartment near to shopping place”
The size of the unit is just nice for 4 adult with 1 kid. The location is near to eateries, shops & in the middle of town. The staff are very friendly. The only con is low water pressure eventhough at level 2. Others, value for money & good for family stay.

The apartment is located near HiG Hotel, but managed by HiG Management... Better to stay here if you come with family. The apartment is spacious and cheap!

This place just nice to stay for a family, if you don’t mind the luxury of a hotel. Hotel staff quite responsive to my requests. Please note you have to register at HIG Hotel lobby and NOT at the apartment which was not clear on the instructions. Both hotel and apartment are located next to each other but separate building. Also you will be given entrance access card, lift card and door keys...sometimes it quite cumbersome to carry them all..

For 1 night stay, maybe okay. You can go for chocolate shopping at HIG. Cheap. But overall, that area so boring. At night nothing much. Maintenance are bad, you can see on how the manage the condo area. I wont walk alone at nite there coz too creepy & the lifts are oldddddddd

Check in at new Hig building but the hig homestay is actually Kondo Istana.”
Kondo Istana is an old building with old facilities. The lift close very fast and it’s quite scary. As mention, there are no wifi here.

Cheap but not worth it”
HIG is just one of the many owners of the apartments. Check in is done at the hotel. Very old, outdated and runned down apartment. Swimming pool looked dodgy. At night, the place looked haunted. If want to access the swimming pool, we had to call HIG front-desk to call the management to open the locked door to enter the swimming area. Hence, we turned off to even bother to go to the swimming pool for the kids. Lift was small and sometimes do not work properly. Local apartment owners/residents were very rude and always take chance to pick fight with us i.e. do not allow to wait at the lobby. Not wheel-chair/stroller friendly. Location-wise, it is located right next to HIG hotel/mall. Might as well book hotel then stay in the apartment. Apartment furnishings were super outdated, like living in the 80s. Toilets were not as clean. the only positive things were: Good water pressure for hot water shower but very bad water pressure for hand bidet. location next to HIG Mall
