가격대비 서비스 및 시설이 좋은 신축 호텔로 주변에 쿠아타운이 위치하고 있음. 더블베드를 요청하였으나 트윈베드인 방을 배정받아 변경 요청을 하자 즉시 더블베드로 변경해 주고(트윈침대를 연결) 침구류 정리까지 바로 함. 단, 이 호텔의 경우 차량 렌트 시에 최고의 가성비를 제공함으로 차량 렌트가 필수임. 차량이 없을 시에는 이동에 애로사항이 있음. 또한, 프런트 직원이 맡겨놓은 방키를 이틀연속으로 못 찾는 황당한 경우가 있었음. 30불대의 가격에 차량이 있을 시는 괜찮은 호텔

야시장이 열리는 곳까지 700미터쯤?”
걸어서 야시장 구경 다녀오기 좋고 숙소도 청결하네요~ 무엇보다 수압이 세서 좋았고요, 말레이시아에 오고 나서 와이파이가 가장 잘 되는 곳이라서 더더 좋았습니다~ 다만 객실에 주류 반입이 안 되고요 일층에 쇼핑센터가 함께 있어 호텔 로비 찾느라 건물을 한 바퀴 돌았어요 ㅡ..ㅡ 중앙이 아니라 오른 쪽 끝에 있는 입구로 들어가야해요~독수리광장이나 쿠아제티까지는 3키로정도 떨어져있어 걷기에는 좀 무리가 있어요~ 근처 둘러보며 묵기에는 좋은 숙소라고 생각합니다~

새로 지은 호텔이라 깨끗하였고, 위치 또한 바로 옆에 큰 마켓이 있어서 쇼핑하기에도 좋았습니다. 다만 새호텔의 특유의 냄새는 남아있어서 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

직원 친절하고 깨끗하며. 가격이 저렴함. 가격면에서 만족도 높음. 물 잘나오고 에어컨 빵빵해서 좋음 조식 먹을게 하나도 없음 빵에 커피먹으려 했는데 그마저도 빵이 맛없고 커피도 그닥 ㅠㅠㅠ 조식 비추 1 년됐다는데 가구나 실내 마감처리가 국내 모텔수준. 그런데 참을만함

부두에서 가깝고 주변에 마트가있어서 편리합니다.단, 마트에서 술은 팔지않습니다. 가격대비청결하나당황스러웠던점은, 수건이 단2개라는겁니다.저녁에씻고 아침에 씻고 2명이 각1개수건으로 사용합니다.이점이 넘 황당하구요. 칫솔비누등등 어메니티없으니 챙겨가셔야합니다. 호텔은 20링깃이지만 첫재날만 이용하고 안갔네요. 그밖에 에어콘이나 청결상태는 좋습니다

공항근처 스미스하우스에 3일 머물다가 마지막 밤은 쿠아타운에서 면세쇼핑하고 야시장가려고 저렴한 HIG호텔에서 묵었어요. 사실 스미스하우스랑 만원정도 밖에 차이 안났는데 정말정말 별로였어요. 일단 방은 엄청 넓고 위치는 야시장도 가깝고 독수리 공원도 가까워요. 하지만 룸은 우리나라 모텔수준이라고 생각하면 되요. 욕실도 물때랑 세면대는 거의 안내려가고, 가구도 엄청 싼건지 삐그덕 거리고... 전 밤늦게 들어가서 잠만자고 아침에 일찍 나오는 일정이라 하루 묵었지만 그냥 돈 좀 더 주고 주변에 좀 괜찮은 숙소 잡으시길 바래요. 조식도 너무 현지스탈이라 먹을 수 있는게 별로 없었어요. 직원들 서비스랄것두없구요. 아침엔 다른 객실에서 담배 피는지 냄새가ㅜㅜ. 그냥 다른데 묵으시길.. 정말 싼맛에 잠만자고 나올거다 하시면 말리진 않겠으나 하루를 자도 깨끗하고 기분좋아지는 곳에서 자는게 나은것같아요.

Check in - went smoothly, requested adjoining rooms was fulfilled and we could check-in earlier than the designated time. Room - first pleasant surprise was the huge bed. They combined 2 super single or queen beds together. Size of the room is just right, comfortable to move around. Clean. Only thing which I find lacking is that some of the pillows are lumpy and thin. It was not a problem though as housekeeping swapped them out efficiently. Bathroom - toileteries are adequate. Clean. With overhead rain shower. Good water pressure and temperature control. Staff - friendly, efficient, professional. Breakfast buffet - decent variety, delicious. It was enough to satisfy every member of the family with their own breakfast favourites. Location - excellent as it is near to everything in Kuah. And a few minutes car trip away from other interestng attractions. All in all, an excellent 3 star hotel. Keep up the good work!

We just love our room. Our room was connecting room, so spacious, comfortable, clean. Variety food for breakfast : heavy breaksfast (rice or noodles), english breakfast (baked bean & bread), porridge, kuih. Very satisfied with their breakfast. Friendly staff. You can call them for assistance. Strategic location for shopping & activity. HIG mall just 5 mins from the hotel. There's food court nearby. Overall, we definitely stay in this hotel again.

This is my second stay in Langkawi after my last visit which was 4 years ago. I am very pleased the hotel maintains its cleanliness, the nice foods, the friendly staffs and the facilities nearby (food court, shops). Coin laundry also very near which is very convenient if you are travelling with family for few days. No doubt HIG Hotel is one of the best you can find if you are looking for a comfortable stay.

What i can say, this hotel is totally UNDERRATED. 1st time nak try stay di HIG Hotel sebab dapat good review from parents. Try la book but still x sure sebab rupa hotel dia dari dalam gmbr nampak biasa2 je. 1st impression of the room, amazing!! Lawa, comfortable, bersih! Don’t judge the book by its cover. Good job! The best hotel to stay”
Good place to stay in Langkawi. the hotel is located beside HIG Complex. U can even just walk in and shopping! The room is spacious. I travel with my family so very convenient to request connecting room. The best part is (for Muslim guest) every room provided telekung (praying cloth for woman), a prayer mat and even the Quran. This hotel also very easy to find (waze/google). The menu for breakfast also delicious (Malaysian cuisine). For my experience, this hotel is the best and definitely will repeat again when come to Langkawi.

Spacious and Clean room with adequate room facilities ”
Love the room size and how they arrange their furnitures and great quality of pillows. Got the nice view facing the uphills. Just that during check in the lady receptionist wasn’t very friendly and smiley. Like not sincere to attend to guests to check in. But will still come again due to the great location and clean hotel.

it has what it take to be a good hotel. i think it need a better location (at the seaside) & better facility (with a swimming pool etc.) perhaps a new hotel branches. Welcome drink is a nice touch (all hotels should do this). Breakfast quite good & delicious, on time, affordable buffet, have all the good buffet breakfast should have. but need check overall menu/dishes. should have a proper protein source (chicken, fish, sausages, etc.) everyday. one day (during my stay) i cant found one. Overall, A nice & very good hotel
