    I love this place”

    Hili Rayhaan is the best hotel in Al Ain for me, I love their GYM so much and even the Egyptian coach is really helpful and you feel you have a personal trainer. I kept working out everyday. Just 1 point is the variety of breakfast and launch, also I would advise that you don't serve canned food, I would prefer fresh food such as beans. I would advise if you could provide healthy options rather than serving peanut butter full of sugar and hydrogenated fat More fresh soft fruits

    Marwan the Terrible”

    At check-in we were offered a chance for breakfast at a reduced rate. since we were un-decided then the staff told us to contact the reception when we had the chance to decide. The next day, we contacted the reception staff, but we were very rudely denied our breakfast.

    Good customer service. ”

    Was great customer service as the reception helped me move room. The room originally given to me had a smoking smell. It took nearly 2 hours to sort someone to spray the room, however, even with the spray, it was uncomfortable staying in the room. The receptionist happily helped us move room even tho there were no more rooms on the same floor as my parents. So that was a disadvantage but uncontrollable.

    Trip with Mum and Son”

    Very basic amenities, hotel is clean. Room is just right. When we came at check in the room’s not ready yet. They charge 10aed for a bucket of ice. Had International dinner at Elements it was okay and very few selection. Vegetable fried rice during breakfast is spicy for children (they should’ve mention it) concierge is knowledgeable and helped us.

    Good Stay, definitely coming back”

    staff, room comfort and cleanliness

    Stayed for a night with my family. The check-in and outwas very quick. The staff were polite. The room was clean. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay when you are at al ain. I was informed that tge pool will be ready by September since its under construction right now.

    Unpleasant stay”

    Please note the issues I have faced during my stay at your hotel from 03/04/2019 to 04/06/2019. 1. I have booked the rooms with pool view balcony but I have received city view rooms. I hope there is a price difference for both. 2. From my room & my kid's room, there was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom. In spite of my request, the issue was not solved until we vacate the room. So we are forced to use our perfumes. 3. My bathroom jet spray was not working. 4. My room a/c control unit (where we can control a/c temp, on/off) was not able to operate properly. I need to push hard the unit to adjust my room a/c setting. 5. My room mini fridge was not cooling, in fact, it was hot inside. One technician came and did something but cooling stated only the next day morning when we started vacation the room. The above 4 points hotel should have checked and rectified before giving it to customers. This hotel should be 3* not 5*. I paid 5* cost for 3* hotel. Very bad.....

    Not worth the money”

    The hotel had basic facilities. Eg. I had forgotten to pack my shaving set and requested for a ready shaver. They were not able to provide. I had to got to Hili mall to buy one. Not worth the money spent.

    Service staff were OK. Regrettably, they assigned a smoking room.”

    Although I specifically placed a request for a smoking room thru Agoda, the front desk assigned a smoking room. The front desk staff member was fully aware that I was travelling with 2 small children, yet didnt ask about room preference. The room had a residual smell of cigarettes, there were cigarette butts in the balcony and it wasn't very pleasant. I called guest services who confirmed it was a smoking room and transferred the call to the front desk, but the call wasn't answered. I didn't get time to follow up as we had to leave for a lunch appointment with some friends who were waiting for us

    Disappointed stay at Hili Rayhaan by Rotana Hotel ”

    I was disappointed due to the following reasons 1. The paid rate for 3 rooms was more compared to the rate while booking. 2. I have booked the rooms with pool view balcony but I have received desert view balcony(property call it as city view). 3. From my room & my kid's room, there was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom. In spite of my request, the issue is not solved until we vacate the room. 4. My bathroom jet spray was not working 5.     Hotel with ease and own feeling”

    It was my first booking through agoda and Hilli Rahyaan Rotana Hotel was suggested for my family. It was a perfect selection & stay in all ways and highly reccommend to visit the hotel without a double thought. The attractions are nearby and the mall is connected with the hotel which eases your movement for shopping or entertainment.

    Return my money ”

    Hi I was booked this hotel in 21 of November and then I cancelled the booking because the beds were separated and you took the money from my credit cards and the money still doesn’t return back to me After that I rebooked anather room and you a gain took the money but at that time I came to the hotel So please check and answare me when the money will be deposite in my account Basim Al-kalbani

    I love this place”

    Hili Rayhaan is the best hotel in Al Ain for me, I love their GYM so much and even the Egyptian coach is really helpful and you feel you have a personal trainer. I kept working out everyday. Just 1 point is the variety of breakfast and launch, also I would advise that you don't serve canned food, I would prefer fresh food such as beans. I would advise if you could provide healthy options rather than serving peanut butter full of sugar and hydrogenated fat More fresh soft fruits

    Marwan the Terrible”

    At check-in we were offered a chance for breakfast at a reduced rate. since we were un-decided then the staff told us to contact the reception when we had the chance to decide. The next day, we contacted the reception staff, but we were very rudely denied our breakfast.

    Good customer service. ”

    Was great customer service as the reception helped me move room. The room originally given to me had a smoking smell. It took nearly 2 hours to sort someone to spray the room, however, even with the spray, it was uncomfortable staying in the room. The receptionist happily helped us move room even tho there were no more rooms on the same floor as my parents. So that was a disadvantage but uncontrollable.

    Trip with Mum and Son”

    Very basic amenities, hotel is clean. Room is just right. When we came at check in the room’s not ready yet. They charge 10aed for a bucket of ice. Had International dinner at Elements it was okay and very few selection. Vegetable fried rice during breakfast is spicy for children (they should’ve mention it) concierge is knowledgeable and helped us.

    Good Stay, definitely coming back”

    Stayed for a night with my family. The check-in and outwas very quick. The staff were polite. The room was clean. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay when you are at al ain. I was informed that tge pool will be ready by September since its under construction right now.

    Unpleasant stay”

    Please note the issues I have faced during my stay at your hotel from 03/04/2019 to 04/06/2019. 1. I have booked the rooms with pool view balcony but I have received city view rooms. I hope there is a price difference for both. 2. From my room & my kid's room, there was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom. In spite of my request, the issue was not solved until we vacate the room. So we are forced to use our perfumes. 3. My bathroom jet spray was not working. 4. My room a/c control unit (where we can control a/c temp, on/off) was not able to operate properly. I need to push hard the unit to adjust my room a/c setting. 5. My room mini fridge was not cooling, in fact, it was hot inside. One technician came and did something but cooling stated only the next day morning when we started vacation the room. The above 4 points hotel should have checked and rectified before giving it to customers. This hotel should be 3* not 5*. I paid 5* cost for 3* hotel. Very bad.....

    Not worth the money”

    The hotel had basic facilities. Eg. I had forgotten to pack my shaving set and requested for a ready shaver. They were not able to provide. I had to got to Hili mall to buy one. Not worth the money spent.

    Service staff were OK. Regrettably, they assigned a smoking room.”

    Although I specifically placed a request for a smoking room thru Agoda, the front desk assigned a smoking room. The front desk staff member was fully aware that I was travelling with 2 small children, yet didnt ask about room preference. The room had a residual smell of cigarettes, there were cigarette butts in the balcony and it wasn't very pleasant. I called guest services who confirmed it was a smoking room and transferred the call to the front desk, but the call wasn't answered. I didn't get time to follow up as we had to leave for a lunch appointment with some friends who were waiting for us

    Disappointed stay at Hili Rayhaan by Rotana Hotel ”

    I was disappointed due to the following reasons 1. The paid rate for 3 rooms was more compared to the rate while booking. 2. I have booked the rooms with pool view balcony but I have received desert view balcony(property call it as city view). 3.     Hotel with ease and own feeling”

    It was my first booking through agoda and Hilli Rahyaan Rotana Hotel was suggested for my family. It was a perfect selection & stay in all ways and highly reccommend to visit the hotel without a double thought. The attractions are nearby and the mall is connected with the hotel which eases your movement for shopping or entertainment.

    Good location as close to Hili mall and tourist spots such as Al Jahil Fort and Al Ain Palace Museum
