직원들 정말 성의 없습니다. 체크인 할려고 갔는데, 신경 안씀. 내가 먼저 말 걸때까지 기다림. 무료주차인지 차 맡겼다가 하루에 35불씩 해서 이틀동안 70불 정도 나옴. 후불결제 종이에 나와서 짱 놀램. 제일 비싼 아침식사 선택해서 먹었는데, 고기에서 냄새남. 음식 종료는 많은데, 맛이 없음. 정말 최악임. 그리고 건물이 후짐 낡았음

The stay at the Hilton over the weekend found that no thought has gone into how to feed breakfast to the guests, queues were long and a time system could have been put into place to avoid the wait time outside and in the restaurant. Another disappointment was the cleanliness of the swimming pool with scum on the upper tiles which made it feel quite unpleasant. The room itself was a little tired and the carpets in need of change. On a positive note the staff were exceptional under the pressure they were faced with and its this that will maintain the Hilton in Adelaide. I can be contacted to add further feedback.

Firstly, the room was small and old. The carpet didn’t look clean, no slippers provided till we asked. A bottle of water charges Au 8.5. It shows that they provide parking, but they charge that as well (AU25), it’s unfair I think, they shouldn’t post they provide parking without saying they would change extra fee. Besides, the parking is not quite near the hotel, so it’s inconvenient for us. It says they provide free internet, but when I tried to connect, it showed we had to pay, then I called the front desk staff, to be able to get free wifi, I had to apply for a membership to get free internet. I certainly won’t recommend anyone to stay there.
Good location, the bars were comfortably busy and inviting so you didn’t feel alone having a drink at the end of the day. The staff were very accommodating and efficient. The hotel is a little dated but still works adequately
Very nice hotel. We were checked in early to our room which was a good size. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed daily too. All toiletries topped up everyday. Lovely pool which was clean. Breakfast was pretty good buffet style but was served by the staff due to Covid restrictions . All staff extremely friendly and helpful.
View was great and the bed was huge!! Very comfortable

If you’re really after a 5 star hotel, that stands up to its brand reputation and excellent service staff, then Hilton Adelaide is THE HOTEL you would not want to miss! They truly live up to the meaning of looking after their guests. We booked a 7 nights stay at this hotel because we love the Hilton brand wherever we travel. Naturally our expectations for a brand that has existed for many years as a 5 star hotel would be high. The Junior King Suite room layout is very good with gorgeous views and not facing afternoon sun. These are the staffs that truly deserve special recognition for their heartfelt genuine service: GAURAV. From Front office team. You’re a legend mate! Your genuine smile and always smiling at guests, and etiquette makes our experience here very comfortable and hospitable. Very attentive to our needs and accommodating. Always happy to go extra mile for us to make us happy. Hilton should promote you mate. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and your service stands out 👍 Angus. From Front office team. Well done and keep it up 👍 The rest of the staff at the bar and restaurant could have done better by smiling and acknowledging guests instead of avoiding eye contact whenever guests pass by the bar or restaurant. Some of the front office staffs not mentioned above are cold and never greet or smile whenever we were at the counter . They need retraining and understand the true meaning of hospitality if they wanna work in a heritage branded hotel. Actually brings down the rest of the team who had done well with your lack of hospitality and friendly skills towards guests, especially you’re at the front office! The photos looked modern and it looked lovely online. When I showed up, the room was dirty, old and the bathroom was from the 70’s. So disappointed!
Do Not Recommend”
We have travelled a lot and booked the Hilton as was close to where we wanted to be. We have stayed in the Hilton Australia wide on a regular basis and this was our first time to Adelaide. When we checked in and we were met with an unfriendly check in staff member. But when we checked into our room, it was dirty and OLD! The bathroom is like my grandmas bathroom. Shower curtain and all. The setup of the room itself is hilariously tragic. Bring a power board because there are two power points - no-where near the bed! But with regard to the cleanliness, the bathroom is dirty and we had someone else’s old linen in our room for 2 days. I had to put it outside the door for collection myself. Will certainly never stay here again.
Location is good. The central market and china town is just right behind. Easy to find food. Subway is just right in front of the hotel.

Location is perfect as is the restaurant inside the hotel. Buffet breakfast is good value if you're looking for something in house. Older style hotel - furnishings could use with an upgrade but nonetheless comfortable to stay. Beds were great!

Pros - great location and very comfortable bed. Cons - Staff needs customer service training, bathroom lights were flickering, air conditioning was not working, paid for an upgrading room but views were at the back of the building.
