The room had a terrible odor. Had to move three times and odor did not improve. Only stayed because the whole wedding group was there. Had a three night stay with two rooms , one for our daughter. Two cars and had $20 a night parking fees. Hotel did refund parking fee for our troubles. Staff was great and did like the hotel , it was just the odor and the hotel I think knew the had issue with odor , it was not just in the rooms. Hope the can fix it, it a great location and nice hotel.

OTC Houston Biz Trip”
Basic B&B that is operated by the the Hilton group. The price I paid was exorbitant bcoz of OTC event!! At least 300% more than what is worth for such simple accommodation. The ONLY saving grace was the front office staff and free shuttle within 3 miles radius of hotel!

Pleasantly surprised...fresh!”
Given that this is a 3-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. Of course, I chose it for the location so close to the Galleria. It is also less than a mile from St. Michael the Archagel Catholic Church on the same road. Although, the hotel is right beside a Men's Club, I did not notice it until I was told. We were there on a weekday and out during the day til bedtime around 10 or 11 pm anyway. As you enter the lobby, it does feel like a garden. Check in was a breeze. We were given a couple bottles of water as we checked in. It was perfect as the weather was not so cool. The room was clean and quite large. It was well appointed. Our room reservation did not include breakfast. When I inquired about what time breakfast was served and how much the buffet breakfast was, they gave us free breakfast for 2 for the following morning. So, that if we liked it, we could go eat on the second morning but paying this time. That was such a wonderful gesture. And yes, we liked it, so we did have the buffet breakfast again on the second morning, paying this time. Another plus in this hotel is that they have a vehicle service that can take you to and pick you up from anywhere within a 3 mile radius for free. Just go down to the lobby and wait a while - one of the front desk staff will drive you anywhere. Then, call them from where you are and they'll pick you up...within 3 miles. So, it was great for our daily mass to and from the church! Good job! Relaxing place.

Good Hotel and a good sevice,plus great location.”
Good location, good rooms, good service. Great location for shopping and dinning, near the Galleria and Post oak area. The rooms are spacious,the beds are great and the amenities in the rooms are well thought.The personnel at the Hotel is well trained and focused to give a warm and friendly service. I really enjoy my stay at this Hotel, and I will definetely recommend it my family and friends.
