Some points need to be highlighted ”

1-The position is bad and it is far away from every thing there is no nightlife around. 2-The reception is not 24hr, they open at 8a.m and leave at the evening. 3-No control for the entrance hotel its open to the street, like every body can get in because the reception is inside the side shop and can't observe the hotel gate. 4- there is no cups for water up stairs. I advise the visitors to go KAMPUNG LUBOK BUAYA and find hotel or motel is best place to be.

the owner is very friendly and helpful. He send us to the jetty during our last day and also provide us with a lot of information during our stay. will be sure to stay here again next time.

Cheap and suitable for budget trip/solo travelers. But there're dogs barking at night and really noisy. Facilities are good.

Uncooperative, Booking Denying”

Not good. During Check-In, I was refused to provide the room even it was booked . After long discussion and showing my online booking on my laptop even they were reluctant to provide me the room. After words I was provided a room having bad smell and faulty bathroom having no soaps and Tissues. No hanging facility for hanging cloth in Wardrobe and Washroom.There were many insects and spider's webs. The room was not cleaned properly. Twenty four hours customer services unavailable.

Unpleasant”

Unpleasant as the cleanliness was inconsistent. The cleaner that came in during the Raya holidays was terrible. She did not even clean our room! The only plus point is the friendly landlord, a Chinese guy. Also the bread factory downstairs has good bread.

This hotel is under budget hotel Hotel, to me the best is value for money ,got internet wifi service and place easy us to find, but the bad is room dirty and air-conditional no cool .

great place to stay and will be back again. nearest with shopping center and cinema and also duty free zone. 10 min drive to airport and restaurant.

Langkawi in general safe even some part are empty of buildings and dark try to rent a motorbike if you want to stay in this hotel

too loud, out in the nowhere”

It is not a hotel, you can hardly call it a motel - staff is not often present. It is located on a loud street outside of Kuah and if you don't have a car it might take you some time to get a taxi or you walk a couple of kilometers back into town. Room was very small but clean, bathroom quite old. While the staircase to the first and second floor (there is a bakery on the ground floor) is locked, the door to the backside staircase was open throughout our stay. But the worst part: the noise from the street. we could not really sleep and left the "hotel" a.s.a.p.

its a motel not a hotel”

all the hotels we tried were full except cocotop. its ok but the sounds from the other rooms really carry over. water was dripping on n off from the ceiling onto my bed and the hotel doesnt serve food. for that u have to walk (if u dont have transportation)for about 15 mins to the nearest eating place. out of all the places we stayed in this hotel was our worst choice because of the location
