My first & last in this motel”

When i bookfor2 nights for triple room ,(3 single beds)and i was given 1 double and 1 single.its ok. But when i entered the room i was greeted with alive cockcroach. I requested for aerosol spray and never came.i hv to kill it with my shoe. This morning another cockcroach manage to call them for aerosol spray. Toilet is not well kept. I will not recomend anyang to stay in this mansha hotel. Itu must be a motel.

Decent place to stay”

Stayed for one night. The room was ok with basic facilities. The wi fi was good. The TV was not working (no signal) at all. Hope the hotel can improve it in the future. Hey....i still need a television to watch even though i have my phone with me.

We initially thought that the hotel is a non-smoking area based on the advdertisement. When we reached there, we were happy as there was non smoking sign at the reception.. but unfortunately, the place is full of smoke especially during the night time.. not really good for those with small children.. overall is ok..

Quiet Place to Sleep”

This hotel is close to my parents' place and I only venture this during raya festival. Normally I choose hotels within Kota Bharu but due to past experience with bad traffic, here I am. The hotel is just a small but it has good wifi except for coverage which depend on the location of your room. Hotel has nothing much to offer except for room, air condition, wifi, local channels TV, hot water and Ironing place. This hotel is not suitable for travelers without transport as it is located not on the main road. Parking is limited. Staffs not friendly enough as they don't talk most of the time. Cleanliness is poor as they do not clean our room throughout our 6 days stay. At night you will definitely have a great sleep.

Dari Segi Pembayaran dan Kebersihan Bilik Hotel”

Pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh pihak saya tidak sama yang dimaklumkan dalam agoda .. Pihak meminta saya membayar lebih dari harga yang disarankan oleh Agoda .. Di dalam Agoda saya perlu membayar RM64.38 akan tetapi setelah tiba di Pihak Hotel menyatakan perlu membayar RM 76.00 dengan tambahan MPKB Charge RM2.00 . Ape hall ???? Agoda nii tak maklum ke pada pihak hotel ?? Memg memngecewakan la pihak Agoda niiii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Selain itu, untuk Fasiliti dalam bilik hotel . Sangat berbaloi terutama Wifi Laju. Akan tetapi Kebersihan Bilik Tidakk dijaga dengan elok dan rapi. Tempoh hari (Semalam) saya telah menjumpai 2 Lipas di dalam bilik tersebut ... dan terpaksa kami ketakutan dan membunuhnya . Harap Pihak Hotell merubah kebersihan dengan lebih baik ... TQ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kemudahan dekat”

Kedai makan, bersebelahan dengan hotel. Bank, hospital, masjid, Mydin Mall, Jakel terletak berhampiran. Pintu bilik air tidak dapat ditutup dengan sempurna. Begitu juga dengan flush. Bila flush, bertakung dalam mangkuk tandas, lambat surut. Bilik luas dan selesa.
