Exceeding The Price Offered!”
My stay at this hotel is a first time for me and I did not regret it. It offers great price and the room is actually very nice to the price being offered. You get a bath tub, aircond that actually go down to 16 degree Celsius, flat TV that is bigger than most hotel, a lot of reflecting mirror in the room which makes it look bigger. And the best part is the clear/transparent glass of the bathroom. You can see the bed even when you are in the bathroom. I don't know how to explain it and what I feel about this room design. But for me this makes the room look more expensive and exclusive. don't worry though because they do provide a blind for privacy so for someone who wants more privacy in the bathroom, you can roll down the blind to shield and block the view from outside into the bathroom. Overall my stay at this hotel is nice. Customer service is decent. everything was smooth. all I had to complaint was the extra deposit for extra key and the extra charges for extra towel. this is the first hotel for me that charges extra fee for extra towel so I was a little bit bummed about that but don't worry as towels are already provided in the room. So I rec commend you to bring your own towel if you really want more extra towel. Toothbrushes are also provided in the room.

Great location, room and bellboy”
Very great place to stay n near to Aman Central Mall. Wouldnt walk because of the hot weather but a nice location for youngsters. A bit dark at the parking space on the side of the hotel, maybe because of covid, so they need to cut the cost but i think they need to improve the safety of the guests at parking space. Bellboy was friendly, couldn't catch the name. But receptionist also ok. Very nice n large room..we love it so much. Everything else was great except for the shower room drainage need to be improved. Air jd bertakung from the shower to all over the bathroom

Spacious and great service”
Located very strategic in city centre with big beds configuration. Room was very spacious, making it very comfortable to stay and rest. Cafe staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially a young girl named Dayana - was helpful, polite and friendly (I was super tired and hungry and this girl provided me with good service, while kitchen served me tasty food).

Everything is absolutely great! From the facilities and how kind and patient their receptionist and housekeeper are! The room itself is indeed comfortable and clean. Please come to this hotel whenever you are staying in Alor Setar. Moreover, it is extremely near the Aman Central Mall!

Wow.. this hotel n the staff so amazing..I love everything about this hotel.. we booked 2 rooms but my friends need to c/out early n the staff mistaken given the deposit back to my friend..so I think u should be more careful n shouldn’t give deposit yet until both room already c/out..(even the rooms same registration name) but after all,the receptionist and concierge is the best and very friendly.. thank you everyone!! Coz make my stayed memorable

Superb. The room is big and very nice + clean. Worth for your money. the location also strategic at the center of the city. The room view is facing the Alor Setar Tower, beautiful view especially at night. Will repeat to this hotel next time.

This hotel is so clean and affordable. And have interesting view (menara kedah). And near to Aman central mall. If you want to go to jeti kedah, is around 20 minutes driving. I suggest you all overnight here, nice hotel.

Pleasant stay”
Comfortable room, nice interior design. Good value for money. Slight issue with drainage in bathroom because water pools up quite fast after each bath/shower even though there wasn't any visible clog. Forgot to feedback to management because it was still manageable for short stay. Would have highlighted it if were to stay longer. But overall, pleasant stay experience.

I totally recommend this hotel, been here twice and both stays were awesome. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, strategic location, ample parking spots and accessible by food delivery services. Walking-distance to Aman Central Mall and Pekan Rabu. Not too far from the toll plaza.

Best hotel in Alor Setar”
Rooms are huge for a couple, got bathub with curtains. Feels like staying in dorsett or hilton. But with cheaper price. Location is just 2 mins from aman central, i can see it from my window + menara alor Setar. The only downside was the parking is limited, got some weird wall in room & the water is quite yellowish in the tub & sink.

When I go to enjoy my breakfast at the cafe, the food is in cool condition.. Beside that, the fruit is full with small fly n even mosquito.. So to maintain 5 star hotel, I think management have to look seriously into this issue.. Beside this issue, I think the room is perfect.. Thanks...

Full marks”
Overall - very happy with my stay and this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Based on my experience, the hotel is very busy with lots of events during weekends. Tips - I asked a parking guy to keep a spot for me, otherwise will be very difficult to find a parking when returning back after dinner.
