I love this hotel. It's clean. Everything works. It's absolutely amazing. It honestly looks like a five star hotel. The sheets smell so nice and are so clean. I slept like a baby that night. 10/10 would recommend!

Great location for your money! It was clean I didn’t have any issues with the room.. all the staff was friendly.. pool was nice and clean. So close the the theme parks and stadiums. I’ll definitely be staying there again.

Their staff so nice, we forgot if check out time at 11am and they give us 30mins more to pack everything. Their room condition over all nice! 👍🏻

Smells Funny”
There is a weird smell when you walk into the hotel, another strange smell on the elevator, and and even more pungent smell in the room. I’m not sure if these areas just aren’t cleaned well or if there was maybe some water damage that left a damp odor, but it was very obvious and not pleasant. The bathroom was pretty small and didn’t have much room on the vanity for toothpaste, contacts, face wash, etc. the vending machine on the first floor was sold out of water and the third floor’s was broken. The staff was okay, but not super helpful. I’ve stayed in nicer rooms with lower rates.

Worse hotel ever”
If management doesn't like you and you pay 1 minute after 11am u are screamed at and put out like a child. Craziest experience ever and no hotel deposit back. They seem so nice until they don't like you...so crazy. Worse hotel ever

We've stayed here several times recently and this is one of our favorite hotels in the area for the price point. The only thing I would like to see is a better breakfast, but besides that, I highly recommended staying here.

Super convenient to the convention centre and stadium Walking distance to restaurants. Nice rooms and approachable staff. Beds very comfortable. My only little complaint is the foyer computer was intermittently faulty. And the breakfast unhealthy. Good value for money.
