Quiet and peaceful stay”
My stay was for two nights. It was really comfortable and relaxing and peaceful. The hotel is located in a residential area a bit away from the crowd. Staff is really good and welcoming. If you have your own vehicle then this property is a good choice. If not then I recommend hire a bike or car as per your need. You won't get a bike taxi or cab easily from this location.

A small residential hotel with friendly staff”
The property is located in a residential area, a little away from the place from where one can have good access to the beach. Being in the residential area, the rooms are quiet. Though facilities are limited, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good.

The entrance to our room was on the stairway and the view from the window was of street electrical wires and the parking lot. The room was dated and not very well taken care of. They could of put some pictures ( a picture) on the wall to make it look more inviting. One positive thing though was the mattress was comfortable and the staff were pleasant and the breakfast buffet was passable.

I accidentally left my clothes in the closet”
I accidentally left my clothes in the closet then I checked out around 11am and I went back to the hotel again at 3pm for asking about my clothes I forgot. Yet the staff insisted there were no clothes in the room. It was so bad experience... I will never go there again. ลืมเสื้อผ้าไว้ในตู้เสื้อผ้า แล้วเช็คเอ้าท์ออกไปประมาณ 11 โมง มานึกขึ้นได้ว่าลืมเสื้อผ้าไว้ เลยกลับเข้าไปเอาที่โรงแรมตอนประมาณบ่าย 3 โมง ถามพนักงานต้อนรับก็บอกว่า แม่บ้านที่ทำความสะอาดห้องบอกว่าไม่มีเสื้อผ้าอยู่ในตู้หรือในห้องเลย แล้วแม่บ้านก็พูดจากวกวนกลับไปกลับมาดูมีพิรุธมาก สรุปก็ไม่ได้เสื้อผ้าคืน หายไปเลย.....

Super Value for the Price”
We just stayed for one night, but the Staff is super friendly and helpful 😊👍👌and the Value you get for the Price is magnificent 👌👍sure the Pool is not for swimming only for relaxing, but that is what we wnated😕👍a great restaurant is just directly at the beach around less than 500 Meters from.the Hotel. The hotel staff were amazing. The location is superb since it’s close to the beach and shops around. Not noisy neighborhood. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. My partner’s sandals got lost while we were at the beach. We couldn’t find any slippers in the 7-11 near us, so I called the front desk and they were so kind and bought the slippers for us. Highly recommend this hotel. I would gladly stay again if I come back to Hua Hin.

Manager not be trusted”
We had booked this hotel for 2 nights, but had to leave after one night due to an emergency. We informed the reception the earlier evening, and they agreed to issue a voucher for the second night, which we could use when we returned a week later. But at check out time, we were told that no voucher could be issued and that the payment for the second night was forfeited as per instructions of the Manager. This was ridiculous, since they had agreed earlier. But the receptionist said he could not do anything since the Manager had decided, and could not be contacted when we were leaving. Shameful. The rooms are big and comfortable. the breakfast is all right. Location is in the middle of a residential area. I will not return to this hotel, I do not like being lied to.

3rd time i have stayed there and looking forward to the next time. All staff so friendly and very helpful. Rooms freshened and cleansed every day. Room tv no western channels unlike main tv in the breakfast bar. Pool a little small but quiet beach 5 mins wallk away.

Good value, quiet area.”
This family-run hotel is a couple of kilometers from the city center, but that is a good thing. They provide free transportation to downtown, but you have to take a taxi or tuk-tuk back. The breakfast was the best I've had in Thailand and the staff were very helpful. Definitely worth the price.

Enjoyed my stay. The rooms were large and comfortable. the only downfall was the aircon was above the bed. Staff were friendly and breakfast was a little plain and average.

Friendly staff”
The staff here are really wonderful, always smiling and wanting to assist in any way. Our rooms 307 & 311 were very clean and spacious, one with a king bed and the other with two singles. Breakfast was nice and fresh with eggs cooked however they were wanted. I would not only recommend, I would stay here again.
