Location is great, right opposite of a mall with plenty of restaurants and cafes. There's a distance to walk to the beach, just a couple of minutes away. They also have a swimming pool. Breakfast choices is not much but acceptable.

Great location”
The location was great: just across the street was the Market Village; in front was 77-Eleven; a little over 100 metres was the public beach. Staff were friendly and efficient. Only one down for the bathroom soap and shampoo. Too small and pitiful.

Nice place with good location.”
This is a nice 3 star hotel with clean rooms, a nice breakfast room on the top floor and a small swimming pool. However they need to be clearer with their hotel policies. This was the first hotel I've ever stayed in Thailand that tried to make me pay extra for my son to sleep in existing bedding. The staff were quite rude and sulky. This all happened at check in. If I hadn't paid already I would have left. Eventually they agreed that I pay 200 baht for his breakfast. They had tried charging me 400 baht to let him sleep with us!

Abit on the expensive side..”
Is opposite market Village mall but not the main town.. Outside looks modern but Furniture in room look old.. I think price abit high for the room...believe there is much better hotel cheaper than that

A gem of a place!”
Pros This is a small and modern hotel with fantastic, friendly staff. A huge comfortable bed, great bed linen, and very clean room/en-suite with daily housekeeping. Fridge, complimentary tea, coffee and water, kettle, tv, sea view balcony (also quiet and peaceful at the back of hotel) and a 5 minute walk to the beach. A clean small pool with loungers. 7/Eleven store 3 doors away and across the road at the front, a wonderful Market Village mall with choices for all budgets. Cons Ok, the sockets are not bedside but just 3 steps away from the bed and really, it’s good to be detached from technology! Highly recommended and excellent value.

Beware of the staff's promises”
I called the hotel before booking regarding child policy. The staff assured me that there will be no additional fee for the child. But when we got there, the owner denied it but their staff named Jane assured me of no additional fees. Of course what can I do but just to pay. Paying for the additional fee is OK but to give you a false hope is what matters. The facilities are as advertised. Nothing to expect but good for a day to stay.

Right opposite the market village shopping mall so easy access to cheap food and other shopping The view out of the rooms were covered by metal shields and the breakfast was basic and limited but overall an ok option

Good location, opposite the market village. Near the clean beach that you can walk. Breakfast not too much option but tasty. Facilities in the room are standard but enough for stay (towel, hair dryer, shampoo and soap)

If you are not staying somewhere right on the beach, then this is the next best choice for location. It's just a couple of minutes walk to the beach down a path by the hotel (so you can walk there in your swimming things). The room was quite spacious, with a balcony, but only a view of the rooftops below. The main problem was mosquitoes. Maybe there was only one, but I got bitten a lot. A plug-in insect repellent would be a useful addition to the room.

Good location to the beach and shopping malls”
The hotel is quite small but with decent sized rooms. We had a superior room, with a balcony facing the backyard. Not much for the view, but more quiet than the suites, which are facing the main road and all the traffic. The room was clean and towels were changed every day. A small refridgerator available in the room for drinks and stuff and there was also a water boiler for coffee and tea. The breakfast was not much, but enough to start the day - toast, jams, a small variety of warm dishes, omelette. The staff was helpful and smiling, but not very good English speaking.The hotel is located on the main road, just opposite the Market Village shopping center. You have to pay 100 BHT for tuk-tuk if you want to go to the city center, easy accesible in front of the shopping centre. The beach is a short walk away, about 7 minutes to go to the best part of the beach in our opinion, and you can hire sun beds and umbrellas, buy drinks and food for a decent amount of money! Would stay again.

Clean, cheerful decor. Near sea and have small pool. Staff very friendly and speak English. Location great: just outside Hua Hin city center but within 10-15 min walk. Will be back.
