Awesome spot in davao, within walking distance of many key places. Room was small but well appointed. Staff was courteous and thorough. I will stay there again if I need a budget place... the only negative thing I would mention is very late at night there were roaches in the bathroom sink... baby.ones and the next morning they were gone

Stayed here before same room, complaints are still the same. Water in shower area is not draining well, floor is slippery, air conditioner is not operating well. Breakfast is good, room and linens clean.

Large room for small price”
Pro: Good value for money. Room was very big. Varied breakfast even for european. Very short walk to University of Southeastern Philippines and G-Mall. Spa just beside the hotel. Contra: Unflexible during breakfast order. Cockroach in the living room and small bugs in the shower. Boiler in the shower (electricity and water). Room service confused room.

The room appears nice, airconditioning unit efficient, floors shiny (but cockroaches crawling). Informed the front office staff who kept on apologizing but I noted that the cockroaches I stomped the previous day were still on the floor the next day).

Paid 50pounds for a room and tv broke in the evening didn’t change it no shower.”
No shower had to use pan and a bucket..cockroach’s came about at night...tv broke and didn’t fix or change it....not good enough....

Accessible location but slow wifi”
Booked this hotel because it’s one of the cheapest options for overnight stay in Davao. Cons: Breakfast is plated not buffet type. Their wifi is very slow. Partition of shower is only half of what’s supposedly covered so water will be all over the bathroom when you take a bath. Reception takes too long to reply in Agoda chat. Pros: The location of the hotel is very accessible to taxis and is relatively near the airport. The room is very spacious for its price. They also lend hair dryer upon request.

What I mean by my title is...there are more hotels about so I doubt I’ll book again.. Made a little error but booking 2 rooms same day...1 room 1 day and 1 room 2 days..i booked 1 day for my wife then needed 2 days so I tried to change it made a booboo...I explained to them in writing but they didn’t get back to me until the day before my wife staying there,saying we don’t refund...no worries..YOUR LOSS...wife stayed in executive suite and not very good..cockroaches walking about...tv broke and they didn’t exchange it..and shower not working(had to use the bucket and pan)...then she moved 2nd night to deluxe queen and all was ok...but never again this hotel for us..

Hotel is modern but not well kept. There were roaches all over the room, hot water would work properly, had to ask for room cleaning. No places to eat nearby and malls are a fair walk away. Staff were decent.

For our 2 nights stay, We are not satisfied because there ate dust everywhere, they provided us with wifi password however we’re unable to connect and use it, the mirror are not cleaned and we we’re unable to sleep due to mosquitoe bites. And we we’re able to witness the houesekeepers not doing theit duties. Such an upsetting stay

Horrible Hotel”
Last minute booking and didn't want to take the risk on a cheaper hotel in the Philippines but also didn't want to spend to much on a nicer hotel. The staff and check in was smooth. I wouldn't recommend this place to foreigners due to their lack of English. Furnishings seem really out dated. TV wasn't working and there was no hot water (knocked out first day and left early for business). Complained and apparently they unplug all electronics in the room and the hot water has to be turned on a specific way otherwise you're only left with cold water. Came back the next day and both beds (twin room) were full of ants crawling within the sheets and all over the pillow. I didn't bring in food because there's so many ants in the Philippines so I freaked out because there should never be these many ants. They changed the bed but ants came back and there were cockroaches in the bathroom at night. Would not recommend to anyone. Only positive is that it's close to nearby malls.

Since the very first day...there were sonmany cockroaches roaming...shower area is not that clean....molds in between tiles...we have to request for tissue...we keep in calling for the onternet password.....value for money is not worth it. Its pricey without breakfast and airport transfer just the room .

They don't provide breakfast as their resto is under renovation but not updated online, they don't have room slippers for 5 monts already, the room is very expensive for this type of hotel.
