Awesome time!!”
We went to Sonesta for our anniversary for 1 night. They asked us before hand if there was anything they could do for us, I told them it was our anniversary and they said they would try and do something to make it special. Theeeeey did not. The room was awesome and it overlooked the courtyard. The fan in the washroom either didn't work or didn't exist.. and the fridge would not work.. as in we couldn't open it. Sooo., I'm not even sure it's real? Honestly it's like the one night a year we can get away from our kids so I don't think anything could of brought us down... lol Room was super clean, the building was really nicely renovated and the staff were very pleasant.

Modern, clean rooms in an excellent location”
This was the perfect location to explore Yorkville and surrounding areas. We could easily walk to shopping, museums, and restaurants and the subway was nearby to explore further. The rooms are beautifully appointed, so clean and the staff was really helpful during our stay. We would come back again!

The beds are sagging. The AC sounds like a blower motor needs replacing. Hotel staff don’t have any concern to address these issues. Next time Park Hyatt.

No Internet Connectivity ”
Stayed for 2 nights for business. The hotel is lovely and pool/fitness centre is nice. If I was staying for pleasure it would be great. But as I was there for business, the lack of internet was an issue. I inquired at the front desk several times and was told that it was normal for them to experience internet issues in some areas of the hotel. Ended up using most of my monthly data in order for access. If staying for business I would not recommend.

The room was very nice and clean. There was no mini-fridge in the room, however, so we had to use a recycling bin filled with ice to keep our beverages chilled. The room was also a little dark until we figured out to angle the bedside lamps to point at the ceiling for some reflected light. Great selection of movies available to rent on the TV, but I guess since they want you to rent their movies it's not a Smart TV so no Netflix or Prime available. The Proof Bar was really nice and the staff were very nice as well. Overall a great hotel and it was super convenient for us to go to the ROM and a show at Koerner Hall.

Exceptional Stay”
I truly wish our stay could have been longer. From the moment we arrived we felt more than welcome, from the valet greeter to the front desk clerk. Our room was spotless and incredibly comfortable and our car was waiting out front exactly when we needed to check out. Location was in perfect proximity to where we needed to be and the price was incredibly reasonable. Would absolutely stay there again.
