The apartment looks new and clean. Rooms are big and the beds are comfy. Recommend to family travellers and its good value for money!

IRRESPONSIBLE HOST & BAD SERVICE”
The check in time is 3pm and I arrived on time, but the host never contact me about the check in details until I called them. They sent me the simple details at 3.14pm. When i did registration at the guard house, they requested me to ring the host up to ask about the parking lot number. I called the host for numerous times but they don’t even pick up my calls. When i arrived the house, i found that both the toilets have no lights, dusty floor and bad smell in the room. I tried to contact the host through WhatsApp to inform them about the issues, but they seen my message and leave it unsettled. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. I hope everyone think twice before booking! 😡

The room was dusty when we checked in. The shower in the common area was broken too and it was not fixed.

Really..really nice”
This is the most nice apartment i've ever stay. 3 bedrooms with 2 toilets. Large living room, hv kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine. So we hv 6 adults with 3 kids stay in the apartment. The owner is really nice! Will stay for next visit.

Spacious Room, Great Location”
The host was extremely helpful. He was constantly making sure we checked in and everything in alright. His instructions on check in and check out was clear enough, and it was easy for us. Located in a convenient place, and walking distance to MRT. All the rooms are clean and spacious. It is same as photos, nice decorate and good for family for 5-6pax. Nice swimming pool and gym room. All facilities are great and ease to reach. Definitely recommended!

Excellent Stay but...”
I had an excellent stay in this, the staff are kindness and responsibility with us. If you consider living at nearby Cheras However, - Parking was a bit of waste of time as we have to floor by floor (which do not have shortcut) - Cleanliness is where the staffs need be aware that, there is no left behind stuff in the kitchen

住过最差的Risidence！！”
优：地点很方便 guard house前面就有天桥过去mrt .. 房子整体上一眼望的感觉是干净舒适的.. 缺 1：一间management非常差非常坑钱的reaidence。一个需要三催四请的owner。我已经预先问owner，我会提前到，能否parking进residence carpark，owner告诉我register visitor就可以了，parking是免费的。到当天，owner也没联系过我，还要我去联络他拿unit lot no来register visitor。到了guard house，guard说visitor parking是需要付费的！！1天的收费10令吉！我马上打给owner问，这时他才告诉我，是的，是需要付费的，“所以我不建议顾客早到”！ 缺 2: 屋子面向cheras大路，晚上根本难以入眠。睡觉轻的，不建议。 缺 3: 主卧双人床的弹弓已经卡到我骨了。我都不知道要怎样睡。小房双架床上铺已经凹陷了，只能睡小孩，不然一定倒！ 缺 4: 厨房设备不齐备，owner注明要房客洗干净用过的碗碟，可是又不备刷具，是要让我用手指洗吗？ 缺 5: 放在厨里的杯子，全部有黄黄的污迹，有一个杯还有烟灰污迹。 缺6: Wifi感觉有限制，第二天早上还没check out，wifi就不能用了。 希望owner看了能注意注意，我已经省略很多细节没写了。
