객실 청소 엉망임.”
화장실 청소 잘 안하는지, 변기가 누렇고 너무 더러워요 ;; 그리고 객실에 드라이기 없어서, 리셉션에 전화하니 서랍에 있다고 함. 서랍 아무리 찾아도 없고, 팁 놓고 메모 적어서 드라이기 가져다달라고 했는데 팁만 가져감 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 리셉션 직접 가서 말하려고 갔는데, 여자 직원이 전화 받는데 다른 객실에서 드라이기 없다고 똑같이 말하고 있음 ㅋㅋ 여기는 드라이기 충분하지 않아서, 다른 객실에서 가져다놓고 돌려막기 하는 곳인가 봄. 그리고 청소도 하다 말았는지, 휴지 각 책상 위에 있고 엉망이고. 비누도 새로 안가져다 놓음. 그리고 청소하는 분 남자 분이고, 아침마다 청소 하는 객실 안에서 두명이서 엄청 떠들어서 시끄러웠음. 그리고 객실에서 바퀴벌레 두마리 봤어요.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. ”
Pros: -It’s a short walk from Bukit Bintang and lots of shops. -The staff were very helpful and polite. -The bed is comfortable and the bathroom was clean. -The location is great but my grab driver had trouble finding it. -The breakfast was so-so but it was cheap (RM18) so I can’t complain. -Late checkout time Cons: -It’s supposed to be a new hotel but the walls are cracked. I think the builders rushed it as there are paint splatters in the bathroom, badly painted doors and other design issues. I think the hotel should complain to their contractors as it doesn’t live up to the standard of Dorsett hotels. -Also there are 2 street/stray dogs in the area which may be off-putting for people who are afraid of dogs. Overall, I recommend this hotel to people. Especially people who want to shop and stay around the Bukit Bintang area but don’t want the noise.

never judge the hotel from their appearance”
When the taxi dropped us infront of the lobby, i was so disappointed. the hotel looks like a boarding house.. nothing much to say for the front look. but when i entered the lobby, i feel much better.. it is a simple clean and neat lobby.. im surprise to see the room.. clean, spacious and very comfortable also for the breakfast, not much variant but all of it taste amazingly good! i never expect that i would give a full score for this hotel.. and i'll surely stay in this hotel for my next visit... oopss! i also like the bathroomm... extremely clean and the showers are very nice

Enjoyed my stay, but annoyed at check out. Felt like being scammed”
Pros: - Excellent value for money - Clean room & good facilities, exactly as pictured - Good location, within walking distance to Bukit Bintang area & Pavillion - Shuttlebus service available to drop us off nearer to the shopping area - Friendly and courteous front staff - Was attending a wedding dinner with a friend nearby and the staff was kind enough to take a slight detour from the regular shuttle route to drop us off at the restaurant as it was raining. We were immensely grateful for their help Cons: - Was shocked that upon check out, I was charged a RM10 tourist tax. I said that I am a Malaysian, which as far as I am aware of should be exempted from the tourist tax. The front staff that processed my check out just replied that all guest of the hotel will be charged a tourist tax. As I was in a hurry to check out, I couldn't be bothered to dispute the charges and just left. It was not worth my time to argue for this small amount but I felt annoyed and felt like I was being scammed

Pleasent stay”
I checked in to this hotel wanting to have a weekend getaway for myself. The place is quiet and super clean. My first night there is a memorable one. I bathed quite late and was drying my hair. Suddenly there was a knock on the door and I thought my hairdryer was too noisy. When i opened the door, there were about 10 people or so with one of them holding a plate of something that looks like a cake. They sang me a birthday song! They were the first people to wish me happy birthday at the stroke of midnight. They really made my day. I can't thank you guys enough for the most delicious and beautiful chocolate mousse cake. It seems like all the staff knew it was my birthday. Apart from that, breakfast spread is yummy. I would definately come back. Thank you for the awesome hospitality. Keep it up!

location is good, but street to the hotel a little bit scary at night, supposed put security guy at the street so the guest will feel secure. the bedmattres too hard me, maybe can change to the softer one. bfast taste good but need more variety, the staff great, the always smile n very helpfull before go to this hotel, i stayed at dorsett grand subang which is 5 stars but i think j hotel's staff a lot better than them hopefully not becouse they are new hotel but this is their standart

went there just to get my own sweet time, away from my routine weekend. The room was clean, not really spacious but everything was there. Loved the bed and pillow. Soft and comfy. Shower was really good! Location wise was okay. I found that the parking area was too high tech. Maybe those who drive bigger car will find it a bit hard to park. I just walked to Bukit Bintang. Quite safe just that I found it difficult to cross the road in front of Dorsett Hotel. Cons: Room not really sound proof. I can hear the sound of slamming doors and flowing water in the drainage piping above the ceiling.

We left our diamond ring upon checkout, the hotel found it. ”
We booked 2 rooms in 2020 Feb for 1 night. Upon checkout my friend left diamond ring inside the room. The hotel found and return it. We would like to express our gratitude and sincere thanks to the roommaid, the reception staff Mr. Syaqeer Elami and duty manager Mr. Gurjeet. We are very impressed by the professionalism and the efficiency. That really make our holidays. The room is very fresh and clean, closely enough to the city centre with attractive price. We'll done!

I love staying at J Dorsett, but I unfortunately had to change my plan from staying there 2 nights to just 1 night. But the full day experience in this hotel was very nice. The location is good, the staffs are friendly (they asked couple times to make sure nothing happened because I needed to cancel other night). Just one note, my AC was acting weird, it would turned off itself once in a while. Tried to control it (reset with the remote) but it didn't work. But the shower head was sent from heaven. I love it the most :) the water pressure was good and you can control it just by pressing the small button on it's neck. Small thing but it's my favorite!

Worth the money! ”
Pros, great value of money! The room was perfect in every ways, clean and comfy. Staffs are very friendly and kind. Cons, The location. If you’re in a group it would be a fine as the lanes are a quite dark at nights but Pavilion was 6 minutes walk away which was convenient and they provide shuttle bus in certain hours.

Best stay in KL”
One of our best stay in KL so far. Heard that it was newly opened and a little skeptical at first but this hotel exceeds my expectation. I really love the room. The staffs are friendly too and accommodating to my late check in. It is walking distance from pavilion mall and Berjaya Times Square but having to go through dark alleys to get to the hotel is a pushback. There is a free shuttle provided to bukit bintang area but we never try to get on one. Also, if you don't mind noises coming from the opening of water tap or banging of doors from the neighbours. Nevertheless, this hotel is worth the stay and definitely value for money!!

Excellent value in Bukit Bintang”
We enjoyed our stay and found this hotel to offer great value and location. PROS: The location is great and is walking-distance to Pavilion; there is also a shuttle service that can be booked 1-hour in advance. The hotel is brand new and the room was clean and comfortable (great shower!). Hotel staff were friendly. CONS: The walls are thin, so cleaning staff having conversations nearby our door sounded as clear as if they were inside the room with us. Hotel staff are kind but service/helpfulness can still be improved; we had initial problems when requesting help for a restaurant reservation and another employee couldn't tell us where the nearest pharmacy was. No handsoap is provided, just one bottle of 3-in-1 gel (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) in the shower; with the current coronavirus situation, having an additional handsoap would be helpful. However, we would absolutely consider staying here again as the issues are fairly minor and the hotel is still in the soft-opening stage.

Comfortable & Cozy Stay”
Very nice stay with friendly staffs who answer your questions well. The bed and pillow is especially comfortable combined with nice ambience in the room. Everything is new and clean in the room with nice views of the city. Will definitely return to stay again.
