시설 자체는 상당히 만족스럽습니다. 헤어드라이기가 없는 점은 옥의 티입니다. 위치가 제일 단점인데, 터미널이나 메인 스트리트에서 상당히 멀어서 택시비가 상당히 소요됩니다.

인터넷의 사진과 후기를 맏고 숙박하였으나, 상당히 현실과 다름, 강가의 게스트 하우스를 더 추천드리고 싶습니다. 환경, 정리정돈 상태등등이 완건 게스트 하우스 수준인듯.. 그동안 머문 호텔중 가장 최악의 경험이었습니다.

Brief stay during our first visit to Kanchanaburi. Quiet location and friendly and very helpful staff so we doubled the length of our stay. Would definitely recommend if you visit River Kwai.

Worth for money, good location for travel in the city”
Staff is nice. Place is clean We travelled with small dog, good that they accepted my dog but no space or spot for walking dog (only stay in the room is ok). Breakfast is set meal but it’s serves in enough portion. Amenities is fair, there is no hair dryer

Value for overnight stay”
Not in a city but not too far from tourist spot but not suit for backpacks because there is no public transportation nearby nor walking distance. Room is ok for its price also pool is nice. Breakfast is just ok for survival. Front desk staff is helpful. Breakfast staff (ladies) need a lot of service improvement and training, they just fighting each other on my stay (8 Mar 21) Room is nice except air-condition is too old. Overall is fine and value for it price

This is boutique hotel located near city town. Room size is good with outdoor bathroom. There is no tissue paper and hair dryer provided. Television signal not good during stay. There is small choice of breakfast, boil rice and American breakfast. Instant coffee provided for breakfast too.

Breakfast devalues the overall”
I was misled by the review that the swimming pool is salt water pool, but it's not. If you are looking for the facility for kids you should aware of this matter. Breakfast for Thai should be fine, but I noticed some foreigners were complaining about the foods. But overall the hotel is quite comfortable to stay.

Quiet place for off season period. The hotel and the room were clean. Made to order breakfast (no option) when there're not many cus. Cute and friendly cats. Staff was ok but can be improved.

Best Shower”
The rooms are "cute" and big, the shower is great, it located outside and it offers a nice feeling of showing within nature. The hotel is not ready or still under renovation, so we could not see all, but what we saw was good. Breakfast is very basic and the staff does not speak much English but who cares, we were there to escape the city stress and it worked well for us.

I've stayed in hotels and resorts all over Thailand and we decided to stay here for multiple nights. The room was not cleaned for multiple days as there was no cleaner on duty. There was no selection for breakfast and no fresh milk for coffee. The swimming pool was nice and the room was large with a good size shower but unfortunately because of the aforementioned issues I could not recommend this as a place to stay.

Positive: Great bed & clean. Negatives: Bar and restaurant closed permanently. Pools both in poor repair and water cloudy. No service throughout the hotel. If you want pool towels, find the hotel number of their website, ring them and 20mins later they will arrive. Want a drink by the pool? Walk to reception (as bar and restaurant both locked up permanently) and ask for a beer and water. "No beer and water" will be the response. If you insist like I did they will bike to 7/11! Want a hot breakfast? All hot food served stone cold. When restocking the fried eggs I asked were they hot - the chef's response'NO!' in surprise! Why would you want hot food? Probably once a lovely hotel with good management. But either the owner is no longer interested, have sold the hotel to some incompetent crew or the current manager just doesn't have a clue or the funds to run a hotel. For the price it was ok for one night, but definitely don't book this place for a one week holiday! It is truly awful!

Staff at lobby is not much smile. we not feel welcome at all. We went for breakfast it is loud sound of Thai TV. Staff busy with phone. quality of food is like cheap hotel serve customer. the view out to river is very dirty outside like very low management quality. Only guy who help at parking that we happy with his help.

Located far from touristic center nearby a road with big traffic. So you better have a bike or car to reach the hotel. The hall and swimming pool are not very clean, with leaves and dust. The room were without mosquito nets, so it was not comfortable to sleep with closed windows. Also we had early checkout about 8 and breakfast at 7:30 was still not ready, so we had to wait about 15 min. And finally they forgot to tell their driver to carry us to the bus station and he did it in last moment at 5 min to departure. That made me nervous. Maybe it was because we were the only guests in the hotel that day...but nevertheless.
