랑카위에 있는 일박 25만원짜리 호텔보다 더 좋은 룸컨디션이었슴다 다만.. 비밀번호를 까먹어서 하루 수영장에서 잤다는게 함정입니다

복층 방 이용했는데 너무 깨끗하고 넓어 좋았습니다~ 수영장은 조금 낮은층이라 뷰는 그저 그랬지만 그래도 좋았어요! 위치는 kl 센트럴 역과 가까워 지하철 이용에 좋았고 보안 처리도 잘 되어있어 좋았어요~

위치나 시설면에서 좋았으나 아고다에서 호텔 예약을 통해서 갔을 때 예약번호로만 투숙자 조회가 어려웠다. 리셉션에서 체크인과 체크 아웃을 관할하는 것이 아닌 Est 직원이 따로 관리하는 것 불편했다.

I stayed there over two periods, 31 May to 1 Jun and again on 7 Jun to 10 Jun. My family will definitely return to this place in the future because everything was fantastic, including security. The key difference, however, is in the way a staff from ALILA EST, Aqila, went the extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant. While everything was smooth the first time around, during the 7 Jun to 10 Jun, we were on the 26 floor in an apartment where the dryer and electric kettle did not work. Since we checked in on a Fri, I did not want to disturb Aqilah who I knew was on Hari Raya leave. By Sun, when I texted her, she immediately responded by sending a colleague to take our wet clothes to be dried and had the kettle replaced. These are just examples of how she was very responsive and always placing the needs of her guests first. Throughout, she was calm and very pleasant to speak with when my wife or I had to call her for assistance and when we met face-to-face, it was a very pleasant smile t

Great Experience”
As the comments varies alot, so I decided to book the place. Getting there is quite a pain when you drive because the road is one-way, and the building is attached to Alila Hotel. I stayed in the deluxe studio and it was quite spacious with a great city view. one review warned me that I needed to bring my own toothpaste and toothbrush. She was right! It was not provided, but other amenities are provided. I was not asked for 300 Ringgit deposit even though the staff has informed me, perhaps because I arrived way past midnight so the key was dropped into the mailbox. I only had to deposit 50 Ringgit for the access card at the reception and it was refundable during check out. Behind the building is the Little India area with lots of Indian diners. but if you walk across the river though the Bangsar Bridge, you could find a nice Nasi Kandar and some other Malay food options. There are also fruit shops and convenient store once you pass the Bangsar bridge into the LRT station.

A very comfortable stay! ”
I arrived and was assisted by Mr.Syahmi who was very very helpful. I got a very lovely room and the stay was very comfortable. 5 stars for Mr.Syahmi who was very efficient and accommodating and was reachable easily via WhatsApp. I will definitely recommend anyone who is in business travel / solo or with family to stay here.

Lots of space, low price, modern living”
We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bdr and 1 night in a studio. The 2 bdr was perfect to give our 1 year old her own room. Both had a full kitchen and big fridge. Workout facility and pool were clean and well appointed. Access to lrt was easy. Botanica + Co was delicious below!

Gorgeous studio apartment with city view!”
A great place to stay with families and friends! Loved the pool with outdoor view (but the water is cold tho so I couldn't stay long) Totally in love with the balcony with the city view! There's a mini kitchen and dining area facing the wide window and we had such a delightful breakfast moment together. The loft bed area is nice and we kinda loved the movie selection as well. The location is superb and accessible by LRT just within a walking distance.

Mind blowing”
The studio condo was superb. It is loacated near the kL sentral which is the heart of every transportation in Kuala Lumpur. Only one station to go to the kL sentral and you can take the train just in front of the building. But the only things that concern me is the height of the building and the corridor has no safety measurement. If you bring your child please do take care of them as the fence is not too high

Good space for group ”
Close to MRT, good security, sufficient beds if you have big group of people. Apart from the renovating noice, is a good place to stay. Suite is clean and has all essentials.

Central place near Little India and KL Sentral”
I recommend this property to whom travel in group (like family) because the apartment is so comfortable and convenient with available kitchen and kits; swimming pool is a plus. It’s short distance walk from little India to the property. The Bangsar station is just crossing the street. I dislike the smart key is only available for your apartment floor and swjmming pool since we were arranged jn different floors and could not approach each other.

So far all is ok. Friendly and easy checkin procedure but, just reminder. Kindly prepare enough deposit for the check-in. all the staff was also very helpful and clear instruction given.

However, there is room for improvement on the front desk side. I hope you could place a person at the front desk to ease the check-in process. The customer experience would definitely be satisfactory if their check-in was made as easy as possible. Other than that, the stay was excellent.

Best location for ETS/LRT users”
Close to the LRT Station (Bangsar Bank Rakyat). One stop from NU sentral, so early ETS rides are easy to get there on time
