Fresh and new - alive and well”
It was such a great experience. The front desk receptionists were so friendly and answered my questions nicely. Some were assigned for different facilities areas so you will be able to get some help from them. I got a clean, nice and spacious room on 6th floor and so did my partner on 5th floor. With the access card as a guest hotel, you can enjoy yourself at the swimming pools, on 6th floor and 3A floor. Not the mention, the jacuzzi on 3A floor and gym on 6th floor. Some rooms came with breakfast set too so choose your prices wisely! Recommended for solo, couples and families.

Good Place for Staycation”
1. No mineral water provided inside room but hotel provide water dispenser at corridor. 2. Instructions by receptionist very clear especially for the parking and lift to the room. 3. Food Court available at LG with chinese, malay and western food. 4. Car parking is free and many space but hope it is free also for future. 5. Love the facilities provided at Level 3A (Jacuzzi, Swimming Pool and other) 6. All staffs at hotel was friendly even the security also, very happy to stay here.

komune bandar sri permaisuri is highly recommended place to stay. all staff very friendly and helpful. facilities 5 star with swimming pool and jacuzzi. easy parking. location near to lake garden, petrol station, stadium KL and food truck. will repeat again to stay here.

Great environment but poor sound proof”
You can hear everyone pass by your room and the sound they close their door. Other than that, all the facilities here are good. Staff are pretty helpful also. Parking spot also very sufficient.

the facilities are really senior friendly, but please do not use debit card to pay your deposit when using self check in machine, cause it will take more than one month to return it

A place to escape stress ”
Is a place to escape from stress in the city by enjoying their facilities. Due newly open, still have minor matter able to improve. Would like to thanks a staff name Leong which bring us for a tour to know better on their facilities and certain things need to highlight such as booking slot for jacuzzi /warm swimming pool, karaoke, mahjong room, community kitchen and the boardgames room. Mr Leong really done his great job. Well done

Really enjoyed the facilities at this place! Warm pool is the best ❤️❤️ Our room is quite small but still clean and comfortable. The basic amenities can be improved. Other than that everything is good. Totally recommended.

Different experience as it name compared to common hotel”
It have many facilities which I enjoyed and I no need to go out to find the entertainment for me and my friend. We enjoyed the karaoke and gym session. It has many facilities as a kondominium.. Sadly we could not try the jacuzzi as it still on progress, will come next time for stay. Cons- the room is small, no coffee sachet/drink in room. They have the water dispenser at each level. We need to go down to level 3 to iron our cloths.. Overall it is nice stay
