Good Location”
Location is good, near the restaurants. For the apartment, please keep the maintenance, the knob of one of the rooms could not open, the light bulbs didn't work as they didn't check well before we checked in. However, it's good budget apartment for the family

Dirty,Awful,Unpleasant & Disappointed”
I have been living over 50 apartment during holiday but this is the worst apartment I stay in during my holiday.When step in the unit,the floor rough like sand,every room floor full of dust,bathroom was dirty and got yellow stain .I contact person in charge did not reply immediate,the door key only supply one so all of my family and relatives must stick together,even hotel max is 5 keys.The main door was spoilted ,I stuck there for half an hour but I need to go out too because no way to waste my time to this stupid thing and tell the agent ,their are going to responsible if anything was loss.When go back ,even changed the new lock also got problem to lock again.This is the first time I saw the swimming pool is barricade and lock,if want to go in need go to office inform staff and wait them open the lock and go in,this is ridiculous.Avoid unit 411.OMG

unit needs attention”
We needed a place close to the sailing academy and from that perspective the unit was ideal. It is spacious and easy to find. The beds and linen were clean and comfortable. BUT the unit is not well-maintained - there are numerous spots where the paint on the walls came of, the bathroom floors are full of mould (specially the corners)and the unit was not clean (there were even animal-droppings on some walls and although we later saw it was from harmless gecko's, you still would think the owner would have it cleaned before we took occupation). We could not use the aircon in the main bedroom as it was dripping water (pouring is a better description). The kitchen utensils were not adequate (eg there were 3 plastic kiddies type drinking glasses - no other glasses and a few make-shift knives and forks). We complained and to her credit Mrs Khoo brought some extra utensils the next day and offered to send a cleaner to clean the unit (she even offered to have someone come around daily to clean which we declined). We went and bought cleaning material and spring-cleaned the unit ourselves. All in all the unit has a lot of potential and is of decent size - if only it can be properly cleaned and get a fresh coat of paint, it will be a great spot to stay. Until such time, don't expect too much of it as is, currently it is "low budget accommodation".
