개미가 너무 많습니다.”
아고다로 수십번 예약했는데 리뷰는 처음 남겨봅니다. 저희는 태국에 살고 있는 가족이고 아기가 있어 조용히 쉬고 싶어 긴 연휴 다음날로 일정을 잡았습니다. 연휴 다음날이고 코로나 시즌이라 주변 호텔값이 많이 비싸지 않았음에도 좋은 곳에 묵고싶어 일박에 15만원이상 적지않은 비용을 지불하고 해당 리조트를 이용 하였습니다. 예상대로 많이 붐비지 않았고 프라이빗 비치가 있어 조용히 놀기 좋았으나 룸 컨디션이 너무 나빳습니다. 저희는 태국에 살고있어서 이런 자연친화적인 리조트에서의 벌레같은건 어느정도 예상하고 있었음에도 불구하고 실내에 이렇게 많은 개미는 진짜 오랜만에 봅니다. 호텔에서 준비한 웰컴 과일 주변으로 수십마리의 개미때가 몰려들어있고 호텔에서 제공한 수건을 펼치면 개미 두 세마리가 파닥거리고 있고 저희가져간 가방이며 수트케이스까지 개미가 들어가서 기어다니고 비닐팩에 넣어간 아기 귀저기며 분유병에도 개미가 나오고.. 벌레가 나오는건 주변 환경 때문이라 그렇다치고 2박 묶는 동안 약 좀 쳐달라고 리셉션에 4번을 전화를 했는데(리셉션이 바쁜지 피드백이 바로 없어서 매번 한번 더 연락 해야 했음) 이정도 되면 개미약을 좀 놔주지 그렇지도 않고 전화를 하면 일하시는 분이 직접 뿌리라고 에프킬라를 문앞에 놓아두고 가십니다. 그럼 저는 애기데리고 피해있고 남편은 에프킬라들고 개미를 잡고 있고.. 저렴한 숙소도 아니었는데 편하게 쉴려고 와서 남의집 개미나 잡고 있고 묵는내내 뭐하는 짓인가 싶었습니다. 숙소의 명성에 비해 직원의 대처나 룸 컨디션은 너무 만족스럽지 못했습니다.

Very GOOOOOOD!”
가는길은 어쩔수 없이 쉽지 않습니다.. 방콕에서 미니밴을 타고(미니밴이나 택시나 중간 쉬는것 없이 가기에 시간은 동일) 3시간 20분 정도를 달려야.. 그러나 전용 선착장에서부터 친절함과 편함과 럭셔리가 훌륭해요 숙소도 전용 비치가 얼마나 좋은것인지.. 밤에 싸이깨우 비치 갔다가 중국인들을 보고 다시 한번 훌륭한 숙소라는 것을 느꼈습니다. 또 숙소에 있는 전용스파와 마사지. 길거리 마사지도 좋지만 길거리에서도 전신 받으면 가격은 1000바트 훌쩍 나오는데 차라리 호텔에서만 마사지 받을걸 할 정도로 수준과 테크닉이 아주 좋았어요. 오가는 길 어쩔수 없는 긴 시간만 빼면 매우 추천합니다

정말한적하고 편안하고 둘만에 휴식이 필요하다생각하는 여행자분들께강추^^ 정말편안합니다 그리고 방은 디럭스도 새로 해서 좋을듯하더군여 전 빌라였는데 디럭스가 더깔끔할듯^^암튼 쉬기엔 이만한곳이없죠^^

고급리조트. 섬에 들어갈 때 스피드보트로 데리러옴. 전용선착장이 있음. 휴양하기는 좋음. 사람들 많이 가는 해변과는 좀 떨어져 있음.

한적하고 여유로웠던 호텔”
굉장히 고요한곳입니다. 특히나 한국사람은 많지 않습니다. 바로앞에 에메랄드 비치가 있구요. 휴식취하러가기에는 이만한곳이 없습니다. 그렇지만 유흥이나 마켓등이 없어서 불편할 수 있으며, 찾아가기까지 시간이 꽤 소요되서 단기여행자들에게는 비추합니다.

Breathtaking beach and resort!”
We had a fabulous time at Vimarn Resort. The beach is beautiful and clean. The cottage was very spacious, exquisitely decorated and super comfortable. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need. The three restaurants at the resort offer a variety of choices. We ate at all three and loved every dish. Daily breakfast was delicious and abundant. We loved the spa and took advantage of a number of massages and facials. We can't say enough about the staff. Everyone there offers a genuine smile and a desire to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. A special note about Payab, who served at the restaurants and breakfast, while keeping an eye to the other staff, and our every wish. Thank you Vimarn!

Fantastic ”
What a great hotel and resort. From the beach to the rooms to the Breakfast I do not have one complaint. The beach is one of the best and cleanest beaches I have seen in Thailand. The water is incredibly clean. We had a hiltop room and it was good. Was clean and tidy and cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff are some of the best I have seen in Thailand. They all knew there role and were very attentive. I will be returning here on all my visits to koh samed

Superb place”
We just got back from a week Le Vimarn and are already missing it. The beach is lovely, the rooms are fantastic and clean, the pool and facilities are all well looked after. All the staff are great too. Khun Payap and his team looked after us well and always ensured I was full of coffee each morning. I'm a writer and had to work a bit, and the internet was always strong and reliable. In all, a great place and as it's only 3 hours away, we will be back soon! Thanks!

Excellent staff, wonderful and peaceful location, great rooms!”
Stayed here for a weekend with my girlfriend and it was a wonderful stay. The room had a nice modern yet resorty villa design, with a fantastic view of the lagoon. The resort itself was designed with the surroundings in mind so there's a lot of greenery around. The hotel is located on a private beach that faces west so you get a wonderful view of the sunset and it is very quaint here. The dining options are plenty and we've tried the seafood BBQ and Italian restaurants and they were both phenomenal. The infinity pool was really nice too with attentive staff. Go on a Friday or Saturday as there's an awesome fire show! Thank you to Le Vimarn staff for a truly amazing stay :)

We have a great time in Le Vimarn, the staff was excellent, always with a big smile and trying to pleasure us. We choose this place to stay away from the crowds and have a time for relaxing and rest, we love it. All was perfect the food the beach and the ambience. I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO MR. Great hide-away sunset view and less chance to expose to covid spreading.”
We choose this place again for trips during covid situation in BKK . the resort offer private Pier and speedboat ( less crowded) . Kids can enjoy fishes at the shallow area of the beach,sand are softer than phuket or Samui island. Its a peaceful place to lay down on the beach and relax, this is a small but warm and great resort. Khun Payab the manager at the breakfast restaurant at the resort always remember guests in every room. K.Therng ,the chef of the restaurant is very caring ,preparing food for allergy kids. We feel like home every time we visit ( 2nd visit) and plan to go back again every year.

Fantastic Resort - Great Staff”
Fantastic resort! The staff were excellent I can’t recommend enough this resort Surrounded by virgin rain forest - the beach is white soft sand and the water is crystal clear and as warm as a bath. The staff were attentive and extremely helpful. The resort is quiet and beautiful. On some notice boards some previous customers had complained about mosquitoes - the resort is located in virgin rain forest so having mosquitoes is not surprising, but the resort provides mosquito repellent cream, mosquito repellent vapour devices that you plug into the electrical sockets and finally mosquito nets over the bed - so they do as much as they can to reduce the mosquitoes without harming the environment. If you have realistic expectations this resort will exceed them

Would stay again”
Very nice hotel, great staff, great pool. The beach is not the powdery white sands like Sai Kaew, but it is quiet and private and quite nice in its own right. The food was excellent, and we were impressed that the Thai food was actually real Thai food, and not "hotel Thai food" for foreigners. If there was anything to complain about, the beach had a slightly stinky fishy smell on the first day, which we assumed was due to it being rainy season and there being some storms washing up marine life on the beach.

Amazing ”
What a gorgeous place to stay. The cabin was spacious, comfortable and clean, with lots of storage. The pool is stunning and the food at both restaurants (Italian and Thai) was excellent. Lovely staff. Cannot fault this place and will stay here again for sure.
