Linmarr Aparatelle is located 10mins away from the malls. It is newly renovated, however there were no hanging racks in the bathroom, no way to hang your clothes and towels during bath time, and also no bidet. Kids pool area is not available, as in it’s not cleaned or maintained by staff/management. Breakfast is good, however even if the food is spoiled (daing na bangus ay makati) , they will not allow to change the selected menu since it was already inventoried per staff. No wifi and no telephone service in the room. Linens are not fit for the size of the bed, every now and then natatanggal.

However, the place is outdated. TV is not working properly. No hot water. We have to shower with cold water! Beds need to be changed. The property has potential … just needed an update!

Staff ”

Stayed here for 3 nights (11/16-11/19/2022) not once they cleaned my room. First day I requested housekeeping they didn’t come, second day I asked to have the room cleaned again, still they didn’t come to clean, then went to the office and even after that request no one came. I had to call them to change towels. Garbage in the room overflowed bc they didn’t provide liners. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Booked 2 apartments, both shower doesn’t function well….it says apartelle but no kitchen equipment and restaurant only offers breakfast and lunch.

The place is newly renovated and spacious which is excellent for a family. Having a pool is a plus. And, it is located at the city centre. My parents love this place!

Nice service, so so facility”

I can't really say I had a bad stay because my friends and I arrived at the hotel late at night. For the price we pay, I'm not really quite sure if it was worth it. We stayed in one of their suite. - 2 bedrooms with common bathroom on the second floor - small living room, mini kitchen and a cr on the ground floor - 1 carpark - breakfast for 4 - So the bedrooms are nice and clean and I'm happy that it's not small and mattresses are soft and comfy too. - The bathroom on the second floor is okay. It is spacious and clean. But the heater on the shower is not working and we need to buy shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste as it is not included on the package. - We appreciate the fact the there is a small living room but in all honesty, you won't be able to use it because there is no AC downstairs. There is a fan but it is still very hot. - We appreciate that there is a mini kitchen but it is kind of like useless. Incomplete kitchen utensils. And the fridge is not working and its dirty. - if you checked in at night, make sure you buy everything you need because their canteen is close at night. In our case, we tried to buy bottled water but since it is not available the lady on the reception offer us cold tap water. She said it was safe and I believe her LOL. If you are not comfortable with that you can order on food panda but you will need to meet the delivery guy to the guard house as they can enter the compound. - CR on the ground floor is clean. so I think that is okay. - We have our own carpark so I'm happy about that. - Breakfast is good as well. - And lastly, no hassle with checking in and checking out.

I will not go back here. The bed sheets are dusty, kept on sneezing. some lights are not working. The sofa is too dirty& itchy. Even the pool was so dirty. This will be my 1st & last. The staffs are not too helpful. I wasted my money here. My kids got allergy & asthma. Too dusty, too old. Need to upgrade.not highly recommended. Very disappointed. I prefer to stay in a condo units. Too expensive too. Hahaha.. not worth it!

Fridge is old and cracked, toilet flapper is broken can't flush water and it takes 3 days for them to address the problem, we requested for additional drinking glass and plates bcoz we're 4 accupant but no one bring it until we checkout, I requested for a bed making in morning from the front desk but housekeepers came at 5pm.

Overall was good. Aircon was a bit noisy though, time to change them I guess. Toiletries such as shampoo and bath gels were not complimentary, would be great if they had an electric kettle too since they had a mini kitchen.
