Disgusting! What you see in the pictures aren't the real. It's bloody dirty. Inefficient staff. ”

We paid for 12 days but we stayed only for 1 night and left right away coz it's disgusting. Dilapidated tables and chairs. Very dirty. Doesn't look like a hotel at all. Just a 4 room boarding house. Receptionist and bell boy were just sleeping at their Sala set wearing house shorts, just like sleeping in their own house. Light in in the room doesn't light till 30 min later, still very dark. Linens feels yak! Dirty. Not recommend!

Affordable, clean facility”

It is located at Dona Vicenta, a little bit hard to look for but taxi drivers are already familiar with the place. The room is quite small but the considering the price range, it is money well spent. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed our night in Little pink Houses, we stayed just the one, since Davao is no smoking and they let you smoke out back we were happy. the room is clean and everything is as described.

Enjoyed a lot. Staff performance was matchless. A little bit far from downtown but still all kind of transport available at doorstep.Would stay here again if ever had a chance to come here again.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. The free breakfast food was heavy, thank God since my flight going to Manila was delayed for 3.5hrs. The location was near Torres Street (row of food haven in Davao) and a few more meters from JP Laurel Avenue (Bajada), main street to traverse big malls in Davao

It's a House! ”

Many Mosquitos inside the room, very slow wifi connection, it feels like your staying a typical Filipino home. You can hear the noise from the outside; people chatting, dining and drinking. But meals taste good and house staffs are very accommodating.

It's like comfortably staying at your own home, staff were accommodating and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean. Food were attractively prepared and is tasty. We really enjoyed their bag of shrimps and milky way. Good job little pink houses, keep it up!

Overall, a pleasant stay”

Overall it was a pleasant stay at the Little Pink Houses. When I walked in, I was amazed with its artistic exteriors. When I entered the room, the space was just right. However, when I checked the bed, it makes squeaking sounds when you move which I really didn't like. The walls are so thin also that you can hear the sounds from the other room and when their are other guests chatting outside. During breakfast, their food was excellent and their serving is generous.

Best part about this hotel are the very kind and accommodating staff. Even the guard is friendly. Only issues I had with the single Elizabeth Taylor room are: 1. Bathroom was rather small. There is no partition between the toilet and the shower area, so once you take a bath, you have to contend with a wet bathroom floor for the rest of your stay. Bring toiletries as only a small bar soap is provided. 2. Wi-fi is a bit weak inside the room but it's manageable
