Cleanliness needs to be improved. The towels were torn and substandard. The wood parked near the bathroom sticking out and I had hurt my leg while walking in. Few Cockroaches in the house toilet and living room. Not to come again

The unit I stayed in is clean, tastefully designed with practical use in mind. Feels like a home away from home. With well-equipped kitchen, air-conditioned living room - TV subscriptions over 100 channels, bedroom, 2 bathrooms and even laundry machine with detergent supplied. Truly well designed space - I had a mind to ask to be introduced to the interior designer. Convenience stores and food eateries are conveniently located at Ground and 1st floor of the building. Clubs and eateries opens well into the night for a supper/entertainment. However, the unit I stayed in is high enough that no noises reaches the floor and I had a well night rest. Will definitely be my first choice in future business and leisure travel to KL. Check in/out is very convenient and the staff were very kind and responsive. The concierge is from 9am - 6pm so its best to arrive during the working hours for smooth check-in or else to inform the staff well in advance of estimated arrival time.

Room definately is really wow as really worth for the price you paid and you got this space, love the glass window so much and the view as well, check in although will not easy as hotel csx they dont have proper check on lobby but livingspace staff did great job on this as he do pm me the video guideline on how we need find parking, meet on which tower to collect key, for 1st time guest it did help alots however when we are at the car park area, i think the scott garden management need to really look into the tower Direction as it is confuse n lack of direction to show how u need to get to the exact tower (there have 3 towers), i spend 10 -15mins just to find the tower entrance, TV they using hpyy but i think the wifi is not strong enough so is hard to watch TV using the TM modem and the room i stayed 2 ceiling fan are not working (might be is remote out of battery) but is ok as the air cond are doing well Overall still a great stay and thanks for the staff who check in me~

WiFi wasn't working for 2 days. Attended after reminders after 2 days only Room service not proper. Only one day it was done out of 4 days. It was for a family, still when we entered the room it was too smokey. Some staff who was in for keeping it ready did smoke there and made a mess. Day one was too difficult due to smoke inside. Out of 2 rooms booked, both were in different blocks and far away. And family got split into 2 set. Had requested while booking itself and finally they gave it too much distant. Apparment is good. Infact if properly maintained and kept ready for guests it's a good place. Room service need much improvement and must be more professional. One disadvantage is it's in a building where first 1-2 floors are full clubs. For family to move around it's not good. Better suits bachelor's.

Waited Quite Long to Obtain Apartment Keys”
I called the owner's assistant half an hour in advanvce to inform them I;m reaching soon and wait at the waiting area half an hour time...But when I'm reached I don't see the assistant and she told me can only reaxhed 15 to 20 mins time. Personally I think if I have informed earlier she shd be on time or the most late for 5 min? But its not the case instead the guest have to wait for so long & worst she can't really communicate in English. Also when I asked for iron board she told me limited iron board...so what's the point of putting an iron in the apartment without irong board? Hope the owner of the apartment can look into this

This is duplex unit with full amenities like fridge, microwave, induction cooker, washing machine, utensils, wifi, lcd tv etc, i enjoyed my stay. parking is free once u booked the room. facilities at the condo not well maintain especially swimming pool.
