쿠알라룸푸르공항에서 환승시간이 길어서 급하게 예약하고 찾아갔어요. 로비에서 체크인 하려고하니 자기네 회사가 아니라고 집주인에게 연락하라고 하더라구요. 로밍도 안했고 몇시간 잠 만자고 환승하니까 유심도 없는 상태에서 당황스러운 상황에서 옆에 처음보는 분께 부탁해서 전화를 걸어도 전화도 안받고... 아고다로 예약하고 이런 상황이 처음이라 많이 당황스럽네요.

우선 위치는 잘란알로 야시장 도보 가능합니다. 성인들만 머문다면 센트럴마켓정도도 가능할지 모르나 저희는 야시장 외 주로 택시 이용했습니다. 6링깃정도. 건조기능까지 되는 세탁기가 있고 큰냉장고 기본 식기류등 구비되어 있어 매우 편리했습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 보안도 철저합니다. 사전 체크인을 통해 입실도 편리하게 했구요..호스트가 먼저 톡으로 연락주시고 필요시 빠르게 대응해 주십니다~ 그리고 기대하지 않았는데 청소서비스도 지원해주셔서 호텔 못지 않게 좋았습니다. 단 저희가 머문룸은 조망은 없었어요..그래도 스카이 라운지에 가면 기막힌 조망과 자쿠지가 있습니다. 가족여행객에게 강추합니다.

입구에서부터 보안이 철저. 내부시설이 매우 모던하고 깨끗함. 수영장도 길고 깨끗하고 예쁨. 1층에 카페 식당 편의점 과일가게가 있어 편함. 단점은 큰방안에 화장실이 있어 작은방 이용자가 안방으로 들어와야 화장실 이용이 가능하고, 화장실 냄새가 좀 심하게 남. 그것외에는 매우 훌륭한 숙소임.

위치도, 시장, 마사지 거리 등과 걸어서 10분 안이고 파빌리온은 15분 정도 ? 걷기 딱 좋은 거리예요. 저희는 밖에서 일정을 모두 소화할 거라서 비싼 호텔은 아까웠는데 방도 좋고 보안도 좋아서 너무 만족해요.

가성비가 너무 좋은 호텔만큼 훌륭한 숙소 였어요. 조식은 세븐일레븐 옆에 마막? 인도식 음식점에서 먹었구요. 그곳에서 먹은 나시고랭은 여행지 중 최고 였음

The property was clean, specious and good location ( walking distance to Night food market & shopping complex) + awesome view of Petronas tower and KL tower. Overall,I was very happy to stay there. However, the problem was that check in and check out system was unclear and confusing. The booking is not through The Robertson, you need to communicate with the property owner directly via email, sns or whatsApp. Which means, you need to get some local communication system such as get local mobile number or sim card to able to communicate with the owner. I only had a short stay in KL, so I didn't have the means to them. But in my case The Robertson's reception helped me a lot... The ways of check out that the owner asked me was also a bit confuse me too because I had to leave the property early morning and also, you will be asked MYR 200 for a deposit when you check in. If all these systems were clear at the time of booking, it would be a better stay.

Beautifully equipped and furnished. Great location. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Several onsite stores including an organic store and a 7-11, ands couple of restaurants.

Recommeded. I stayed on the 35th floor. Room is clean, washing machine also available. Close to everywhere, only 5mins walk to Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang, Pavillion. 7/11, food courts, are all next to the building.

A very good stay at The Robertson Residences. Very clean room, very easy and smooth self check in. All the facilities are very good. Good locations as it is walking distance to Bukit Bintang. Will come and stay again!

Terrible experience”
There is no check in point so you can not retrieve your keys. 200RMP deposit in cash are required and it is not mentioned any where Fake adverisement. There is no complementary infant cot. Our 10 months son was not able to sleep safely in the Appartment. We waited for 3 hrs that someone from a competitive agency helps us to reach someone to give us the keys. It was very stressful and frustrating

Dear Pierre, Thanks for spending your time to write us a review. I would like to apologize for the unpleasant experience during your one night stay with us. Firstly, would like to clarify, we are independently operated by an individual owner and do not have a proper reception/concierge area as stated in Agoda. Guests must attend an organized meet-and-greet session to receive keys. Customer service also contacted you via whatsapp a week ago but did not receive any reply from you. Secondly, in our policy, we require refundable security deposit and will be refund back to you upon check out. However, at last you did not want to make it and we did not collect any deposit from you. Thirdly, we did not receive any special request that you would like to have a baby cot from your Agoda booking. You requested for baby cot at 0000 that it is too last minute for us to prepare. Lastly, we will try our best to improve ourselves and looking forward for your next visit. Thank you very much.

Really bad smell all around~”
You have a thousand better choices rather than this smelly apartment in KL. It stinks and it is impossible to remove it. You will be intoxicated by it. And this is not an organized hotel. It is a kind of sub-lease like air BnB. It take more than half an hour until you check in and a staff is useless. She keep talking "I'm new staff so I don't know about what you are asking." Just go other hotel~ Seriously

Nice spot, good view, good service”
It is 1 hour from the airport, close to all sight seeing view, walk 10mins to Alor street, will stay again. 7/11 is neighborhood, and few restaurants, also a good food market . Very convenient to live for few days.

Our little fam really enjoyed stay here. Nice pools good facilities and they have washing machine in the apartment. The wifi very strong. With the tissue and soap toothbrush. It’s so complete. Two thumbs up 👍👍
