아고다에 올린 사진만 믿고 갔습니다. 첫날 들어가자마자 너무 더러워 잘수가 없어 옆건물 노덤호텔에서 숙받을 했습니다. 와이파이가 된다는것도 거짓말입니다. 난민수용소 같다는 느낌. 우리같은 피해자를 방지하기위해 방의 상태 사진을 여러장 찍어왔지만 올릴곳을 못찾겠습니다. 천장엔 거미줄 투성이 쇼파는 더러워서 앉을수가 없고, 벽은 페인트가 벗겨지고 찌든때에 식탁의자는 가죽이 60%는 벗겨진 상태 침대는 꺼져있고 도저히 잘수가 없었습니다. 다음날 아침 퇴실을 하겠다고 하니 다른방으로 바꿔줬습니다. 그방 환하기는 했지만 더럽기는 똑같고 세탁기는 사용중 작동을 멈추고 커피머신은 고장상태 제가 여행중에 최고로 기분나쁜 숙소입니다. 퇴실을 아침8시 사무실엔 사람이 없어 보관돈을 받질 못하고 왔습니다. 전화를 드렸더니 구좌번호로 보내준다고만 하고선 아직도 입금은 되지않았습니다. 3일간 쿠알라 룸푸르에 머무러면서 세차례 전화할때마다 보낸주겠다고만 하고 오늘까지도 입금이 되지않았습니다. 보관료가 큰돈은 아니지만 너무 화가나서 꼭 받고 싶습니다. 정말 정말 나쁜사람들입니다. 모든게 거짓으로만 뭉쳐져 있습니다.

Very Spacioua, Value for money and Clean”
The unit that i got are very spacious and very clean with 2 queen size beds. Good enough for me andmy wife, with my baby and a 5 years old children. Facilities is good and exactly as per advertised. Location is very strategic. Easily to travel to the famous location in between George Town and Gurney. No regrets to stay for 2 nights in the units. On the 2nd day afternoon, i heard some unit above was doing a renovation works. A bit annoying, and luckily the have stop after 4pm. Management, have to take notes on this and not suppose to have a renovations work on the saturday after 1pm.

Value for money and huge”
Big room, clean, helpful staff. I paid rm 120 ++ which was very good price for a huge room with 2 queen beds, kitchenette , living room and big balcony. Inhouse Starbucks and convenient store. Car park onsite. They collect rm 200 deposit by credit card pre authorization, only drawback is it takes too long (7 to 14 days) for the pre authorization refund. Prefer if they have option to pay and collect the refundable deposit by cash.

Room was very clean, very comfort, good facilities. ”
Went to penang for wedding ceremony, book a family room here. It was surprisingly clean and comfort. The family room I take even have washing machine, very convenient for those who stay for long period. There was The News store and Starbucks at the lobby too. The only thing that bad about the hotel is, it's very hard to enter their lobby/car park by drive, you have to enter from vouk Hotel and take the left road.

Excellent”
We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. Mansion One Suites is clean and comfortable. The suite can accommodate six adults. Price is cheap for a spacious suite includes two bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony at a very good location in Penang. We wanted to extend our stay unfortunately this place is booked up very fast.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. Mansion One Suites is clean and comfortable. The suite can accommodate six adults. We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was great and always so welcoming. We had the room with the view of the beautiful sea. Best room in the place and a beautiful morning view (my own bias of course!). We loved that it was within walking distance of lots of great sights and places to eat. If you are ok with climbing some steps to get to your room, it is worth it.

Great location, spacious apartment but ...”
Great location. Convenient with Starbucks & MyNews on the ground floor. Spacious apartment good for small families but wld be good to have a small sofa/couch or seats in the living room. Equipped kitchen appliances incl washing machine is a plus. Apartment generally was clean with fresh towels neatly rolled on the beds. The cons: duvet in the bedroom bed had some mold stains and the (only) toilet had slight urine stench, the floor tiles in the shower had some mold, (not cleaned thoroughly.) There shd be clearer signs to the in-building carpark for those with cars. That said we had a comfortable stay and also enjoyed the lovely view of the city from our balcony. Management is helpful and efficient (incl checkout reminder call to heed the before-12pm checkout time!) We wld recommend the place for the price and space & hope management will look into the little cons to improve.

Eye sparkling apartment”
A very nice, cozy, spacious, good external view, convenient and luxury apartment. The only down point is the TV channel has no Astro while all Astro boxes are in the cupboard. Double Decker bed is a bit too low, people sleep lower deck can't even sit on bed. The good point is the staffs who provide good services to us. Helping us to print our boarding pass even though their computer cannot perform other function except their own residency application. After all, a resident that I will recommend to family travellers.

Stay here with my wife and children. Good accommodation, very suitable for family. The unit comes with living room, kitchen, balcony and bathroom. It is entire unit. With the price it is consider cheap. I would definitely be back here when I'm back to penang.

Walking distance to all amenities , gurney drive or famous food stall . Starbucks at ground floor .rooms are spacious will superb nice sea view . Will book again when I come Penang again . One thing I think need to improve is provide mineral at room will be great . Overall nice stay

Actually I’m from here,I’m alone bring my daughter have a little travel back my hometown cuz of mco,long term stay at home,feel my daughter bored and decide bring her stay in homestay to enjoy, Mansion one suites let me feel comfortable and clean,, and staff helpful. City view AND Sea view”
We got the unit that overlooked the city and the sea! It was breathtakingly beautiful. The unit itself was clean but we didn't get any towels during our stay. The place is perfect for adult travellers but will be a nightmare for families with children. The first bed is at the living room/ kitchen and the second bed is at the bedroom with attached balcony. There was a walkingi machine with the unit as well so you can get your laundry done.

WORTH EVERY PENNY”
i stay for 1 night and the space quite big and the price also very cheap.. !! quite suprise with 100bucks they provide me refrigerator, washing machine and all cooking stuff and microwave !! definitely will repeat my staycation there 😍

Spacious Place, Fantastic!”
Pro : Big Spacious Room, very comfortable and clean, fully furnished even there are washing machine, iron table, and microwave. There are 3 Air Conditioners which is really cool. The location is just beside Glen Eagle Hospital, amazing! Cons : a bit expensive for 3 people, you need to aim 5-6 people to be cheaper. Only local TV and radio available, no cable TV channel. The liquid soap is really strange and broken, you should buy/bring yours.

Great location easy to get around places”
The staff is responsive and friendly, sending messages and updating time to time. Surprisingly the unit is spacious, comes with 2 rooms with all facilities including washing machine.
