호텔상태는 괜찮아요”
생긴지 얼마 안 된 호텔이라 그런지 객실을 포함해 전반적으로 시설이 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 작은 수영장도 있고 헬스시설도 있구요. 와이파이도 잘 터지고, 침대나 욕실 상태도 최상입니다. 호텔 조식도 가격 대비해서는 괜찮아요. 호텔 바로 앞에 편의점도 있구요. 단지 숙소 위치가 조금 애매하네요. 근처에 모노레일역이 2개 있기는 하지만 조금 떨어져 있는데, 호텔 주변이 현지인 주거지역이고 비개발지역이라 7~8분 정도 걸어서 이용하기에는 좀 불편합니다. 그리고 저녁 이후에는 모노레일이나 도보는 피하고 무조건 어플로 택시 이용하는게 좋을 것 같네요.

룸이 다소 작다고 느껴지지만, 큰 불편함은 없음. 생긴지 얼마 안된 호텔이라 룸 컨디션은 좋은편임. 다만 내가 묵은 룸은 1. 샤워실 배수가 잘 안됨. 2. 냉장고가 전원만 들어옴. 최대로 설정해도 상온에 놓은것과 동일함. 고장인데 수리를 하지 않은거 같아서 나도 말 안해주고 나옴. 임비역에서도 도보로 10~15분정도 걸리니 그닥 추천하고 싶지는 않음. 숙소 주변에 할 수 있는것이 아무것도 없음. 스타셔틀을 이용하여 갔는데 스타셔틀 기사분이 호텔 위치를 모름. 조식당은 깔끔함.

가격대비 괜찮은 곳”
후기가 좋아서 선택. 공항에 도착하면 11시가 넘는 시간이라 하루는 거의 날리는 비용이라 저렴한 곳으로 골랐다. 그랩을 이용했기에 위치는 크게 중요하지 않음. 호텔 바로 앞에 편의점, 식당들이 있어서 편하고 좋았다. 무난하게 호텔에 머무는 시간이 길지 않으면 괜찮다.

3박 했는데 직원들 친절합니다. 하지만 객실 침대가 너무 작습니다. 조식 먹을 것이 너무 없고 샐러드 3일 똑같이 야채가 신선하지 않았습니다

룸 컨디션 괜찮고 아이들 조식 무료에 이레저래 나쁘지 않아요. 단 부킷빈탕이나 잘란알로 트윈타워와는 조금 거리가 있어서 택시 이용하면 됩니다. 가까운 곳에 식당이나 쇼핑몰은 좋아요.

Great first time stay in KL”
Me and my husband stayed for three nights and it was our first time in KL. We arrived early and they kindly allowed us to check in early. We had a room on the 17th floor with a fab view. Room was clean, comfortable and had all modern amenities including complimentary mineral water daily. Room was also cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was lovely with loads of local and continental choice. There is a prayer room for ladies on floor 6 and men on floor 5. The location is downtown but a 5 minute walk to Berjaya Times Square, and around a 20 minute walk to The Pavilion. Well connected on the metro by station 'Imbi' which is a ten minute walk away. There's a rooftop pool and bar on 20th floor as well as gym. We were able to use the facilities after check out as we had a late flight and they also kindly looked after our luggage whilst we explored the last day. Minimart across the road and fab place called Ali food Corner where all the locals go - their nasi goreng and teh tarik are a must! Thank you for the fab stay.

A welcome surprise ”
Good location. The location is excellent for assessing the city. Very clean and the breakfast is lovely and good choice. We usually stay in smaller places but we were impressed with mercure. The rooftop pool and gym is lovely. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. After a busy day in the city was nice to come back and chill. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Thanks guys.

Love this hotel ”
Hotel is very strategically located cos its near to ICC Pudu and its lower ground building are shopping and eating places. The staffs were very friendly and pleasant people. We stayed in the deluxe room. Its really really very nice to stay in. The comfy huge bed and soft pillows!! Plus you get to take many selfie at nice places cos you can directly see twin Tower and kl Tower and some tall colourful building through the windows. Breakfast is the usual type in hotels. Overall,i would definitely return to stay here again if there's any function in Pudu or bukit bintang place.

Perfect & comfortable room. Amazing staffs”
Credits to Wilson & Wong for assisting in an early check in though it was only 12noon. I arrived in KL on an early flight and ready to leave my luggage with them before I head out. They gotten me a room just so I could freshen up before starting my day out in KL. Thank you guys.

Very new feel, clean and good size room”
Room was clean and updated and very big for the price. location just behind Berjaya times square which is not so near yet not that far to the town area. Only thing is the buffet spread can be a little better.

Perfect location for a few days of relaxation in KL. Tour Desk helpful and of good value, hotel staff friendly and helpful, too. One block away from the huge Times Square Shopping Mall, filled with restaurants, shops of all goods, supermarket, and even a giant indoor theme park for the kids. I'll certainly stay there again on our next trip to KL.

Best value for money in KL”
We always stay at the Mercure when in KL, which is at least once a year. We love the fact it’s near local eateries and only a 15MYR cab ride from KL Sentral. The rooms are 5 star and staff always superb. Lovely roof top pool. Only downer are the prices for drinks at bar. Other than that: Thumbs up!

Brilliant facilities and service”
A few minutes walk to Berjaya Times Square. A few kilometres walk from Kenanga Wholesale Centre. Brilliant service from staffs who showed initiative to assist u, greet u and also friendly. The facilities are quite new and well maintained. Our first time this round and wont hesitate to come again for more in the future.

Pros:- Location Convenient room size and design Best view from the hotel Rooms Cleanliness Polite and efficient staff Cons:- Travel desk quotes expensive rates so I suggest to download grab and use taxi for all local travel Variety of food in the Menu. So once again I suggest to use Grab for food ordering.

Good location. Near BBCC. Very clean. Parking charged RM10 per day. But most of the shop in Shaw Mall are closed. Only a few restaurant still open .
