Pleasant stay, extremely helpful and friendly staff!”
Everything was top-notch - the early checkins, cleanliness, space of the room, variety of breakfast spread, great amenities and easy access to Chenang town. Extra shoutout to the very accommodating staff of Mercure - ms Ayu, ms Aimi, ms Najihah and crew for going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed!! They even prepared a special birthday setup for my dad’s birthday - truly appreciate the kind gesture! 10/10 would come back again.

New Hotel and Room. Nice hotel breakfast. We booked a doublebedroom with mountain view, but we were assigned with a room at ground floor, facing carpark. Otherwise, the location is good. Easy access to the shops.

New and clean hotel ”
The hotel was newly opened in April 2022 so everything was only 3 months old. Pool is nice, there's a baby pool for young infants too. Daily breakfast menu selection was yummy but variety was okay, some items were daily standard and some were rotated every other day. The rendang chicken was awesome. The location is about 5 mins walk to Cenang beach. All staff were friendly and always willing to help. They greeted us warmly each time returned to the hotel. Everything about the room was nice and clean except for the toilet which had this annoying sewage smell but we didn't bother to feedback as we didn't spend a long time in the room , only for shower and sleeping. If not for the sewage smell it would have been a 10/10 rating.

It’s very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is quite clean. The breakfast is nice. But the bartender who is preparing drinks is only one and slow

Quite difficult to find hotel entrance even follow google map.The hotel is not grand looking from the outside,but inside is okay,just reach 4 star standard. room was clean,i book 4 person room which got one bunk bed and 2 combine single bed.The air con just cover the bunk bed area,so the bunk bed area very cold,and the single bed area a bit hot. 5minute walk to the beach,but the beach quite danger because many motorboat owner will drive their vehicle to tow the motorboat or boat on the beach with high speed.Parent need to bcareful to look after their children,its really danger for a tourist place but got vehicle drive on the beach.

My first time staying in this hotel, i requested the hotel help me to deco the room for giving my girlfriend a surprise (marriage proposal). Hotel response was so fast and they are helpful & communicate with me closely on how to deco the room & even they shortage of man power due to the next day was Raya. Great and very friendly receptionist. In overall, the whole team is very helpful. The location is very convenient and easily accessible to Cenang beach. Preferably to show the photos of exact facilities available in the room. I prefer the room with study table/workstation as I need to call for the meeting via virtual.
