Stayed for two nights in February. Hotel is close to a range of bars and restaurants in Palermo area and 8 minute walk from subway. Stylish hotel, very nice rooms, very quiet overnight. Good breakfast choices. Difficult to find fault.

Small hotel with excellent front office staff. Good safe location, plenty restaurants around.. front room facing the street is noisy though. So ask for quiet room.

Enjoyable stay”

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great with lots of resturants nearby. All the staff were really helpful and friendly and would go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was very good with fruits and cereal and a menu to choose from as well. I would stay here again if near here again

Skip the big chains and stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful beyond belief. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Very well located to nice restaurants. We stayed one night each way while transiting to and from Patagonia. I will be back!!!

Great location, nice staff”

We enjoyed our stay at this place and would recommend it to friends: We found the hotels' location to be great, because the shops, bars and restaurants of Palermo were in easy walking distance. And despite that the room was very quiet as it was facing into a courtyard. It had a good size for a city hotel and the bed was comfy. The shower was fine, sometimes one had to wait a bit for hot water. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke very good English.

Excellent service, location and comfortable rooms”

My friends and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Upon arrival, the excellent service which extended throughout the entire stay was on offer. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable (their beds are the kind where you'll wake up wanting to spend more time in) with nice boutique hotel decor. Location is fantastic (in the Palermo area) where restaurants / bars and shops are within walking distance. The highlight of our stay is definitely the exceptional staff at front desk who double up like your personal concierge (giving recommendations on things to do, booking tours, making dinner reservations, etc.) all with smiles and warmth. Breakfast is delicious, a good spread with eggs prepared your way al a minute. It was my birthday on our last day and the breakfast team presented a cupcake for me and because we were rushing out, they packed it very nicely into a paper bag with "happy birthday" and a smiley face written on it! What a nice touch! There was even a birthday gift from reception (special thanks to the amazing Claudio and this team). A thoroughly happy stay, thanks Mine!

Staff were brilliant, and went out of their way to be helpful. Great breakfasts, lovely position in Goritti, a good street to start for restaurants and shops.The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff did everything they could to ensure a pleasant stay.This hotel is one of those gems you stumble across occasionally and wish you did not have to leave.

We really liked this hotel, lots of good shops are around the corner on El Salvador and Honduras streets, the staff provide a list of local recommended restaurants which was very useful. Staff spoke English and had good knowledge of the city. Hotel was clean, bed comfortable and we were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi bath.

Bel hôtel accueil et situation parfaits . ”

Excellente situation, accueil et conseils de Tamara au top, bon petit déjeuner avec un personnel souriant et serviable. Bémol : nous sommes arrivés un samedi soir apres 13h d'avion donc fatigués et le soir même il y avait une fiesta juste à côté de l'hôtel. À 2 h du matin nous avons appelé la réception qui nous a informés avoir appelé la police, tout s'est arrêté une 1/2 h après. L'hôtel s'est excusé et nous a offert une bouteille de vin et des chocolats. Certains clients non éduqués rentrent bruyamment ou marchent en talons dans la chambre du dessus. La réception devrait informer leur clientèle de respecter l tranquillité des autres.
