Refused to refund deposit by coming out accusations”
Saying we taken their astro remote control, after we clarify that we did not still refused to refund our deposit, the deposit was RM 300! GUYS, BECAREFUL WHEN BOOKING ROOMS WITH THEM, orbe prepared to donate your 300 deposit! We stayed nearly two weeks and we take good care of their belongings and this is what we get in return!

1. Full of cockroaches 2. Did not mention deposit refund upon check up, until we asked them the next day 3. Accused us for swapping their remote control! Who will bring a used remote control to homestay? 4. Until this moment don't want to refund deposit 5. We will make polis report for this matter

Pros : Very nice view spacious and modern Efficient communication response from the host Quick process to refund the security deposit (got it on the checked-out day after we left) Cons: Confusing check-in procedures Host should check all amenities in the unit to ensure all working properly before each new check-in so the guest won't caught in surprise and spoiled mood Arrived early around 2:40pm, requested help from the host for early check-in but the host informed and reiterated that standard check-in time is 3pm, so we must wait and we got the key at 3:16pm, we were chased by the security many times while waiting for the access card. Received message from the host the day before check-in (at 3:37pm) requested a refundable deposit of RM300. if this can be done earlier would be good as we were on the road. What if the guest don't use online transfer?

Our host was wonderful for taking the time out to handle our last minute accomodations. Very friendly and easily contactable. The apartment was clean and fresh with a great view. Would definitely visit again next time we're in town. Highly reccomended

Very disappointed with owner as the place can’t be located until Agoda was contacted. What happens if I am a foreigner & don’t know the place totally, would be worse!!
