Poor housekeeping practice, i stayed for 5days at your hotel and I'd request for the room to be clean when I'm leaving out and every time when i returned i would noticed that they'd only sweep & wipe the floor - THAT's ALL!!..stain on cups, mirror, toilet will be still there(it has been there since my first day), bed sheet, blankets, towels was not replaced. Otherwise apart from that, I am satisfied with my accommodation

we pay for 2 nights money and only stay for one night as worry for the security. ”
Share bathroom which that was not clearly stated in description and feel like been cheated. No more nxt time for the stay. Not worth of money even is cheap, at the end of the day, we need to rebook a new hotel and spent even more. might more suitable for those backpackers that dont mind share bathroom.

The rooms are acceptable with the price bt the wall in between the rooms are thin till you get easily disturbed with your neighbour snooring or listening to HP songs. Though it's a sharing toilet, thank god the toilets are clean but rather too small to shower. Check in and out takes long as there is not enough staff at the reception, should I say none. We have to wait long untill the staff arrives, could be bcoz the reception acts as a housekeeping as well. And please, please, please upgrade your lousy wifi. Forget about TV, it's okay as there is none but wifi is a must. Please do take note of this. Tq.

This totally unfair, i'm booked for my staff for a twin bed. ”
Before that I've called the hotel to ask about the bathroom and they said inside. When my staff arrived the gave a room with no bathroom no tv and only a bed like a dorm. When my staff asked for room with toilet they said it's different RM100. This is totally cheated. With Agoda this is my worse experience ever.

Nice location, the staff are alert, polite and handsome. There is a fan in the room too. The toilets are outside the room, shampoo and shower gel are provided. Sound proof is not so good and the price is the best! Lastly, it is clean~ Will be staying here again if we are in KL. Thanks~

Price is cheap, overall just for sleeping only, don't demand much on this hotel, cleanliness still ok, downstairs is Indian restaurant, same owner too, nothing much to comment as this a cheap hotel.

lack of facilitites”
The rooms are so-so and on Agoda never mentioned it is a shared bathroom. No one to open the door, have to wait for someone from next door to open the main door. Wifi is awful, cannot connect at all and a nightmare as there is no TV nor wifi available. Don't get me wrong, but still need to learn more on running a hotel businees.

Worst hotel ever!! I will nver choose this hotel, nt suitable for family or couple... First the toilet is outside frm the room..n 2nd the staff's behavior is rude..it should be for backpackers only..

Was clean, which is my biggest worry in this price range. Management polite. Internet was shaky first day, but after that stable and fast. Only real minus was no window in my room. But that is normal in this price range too. I was told they only have windows in the most expensive rooms. Not a backpacker place for those that want that. Mostly Indian business visitor guests from what I saw. Solid "economy" hotel. I may use it again around KL Central.

Budget, Budget”
Bit disappointing ... Reasonably clean, you may save a few dollars but the trade off is shared bathrooms and no mod cons. As it is a new office conversion the comings and goings are a tad noisy, though for now whilst the fresh paint job is ok it remains to be seen how it will fade.

As other comments mention the toilet are outside the room and the soundproof is not very good. It is quite disturbing when want to sleep at night . But the staff I meet at that time overall very good and polite.

The location is excellent, within 10mins walking from kl sentral. If you have to leave and catch up bus or train in the early morning, please take back your deposit in the previous night, otherwise you have to call them and wait until they shows up.

It wasn't difficult to find halal food”
The hotel is near from KL Sentral Station and Bus Station about 5 minutes. Even though no TV and Toilet in room, I think it's no problem because the hotel is cheap. And on the right side of the hotel you can find halal food.
