연인과 함께 떠난 여행이었는데 여행 예산상 마지막날 숙박을 가격이 저렴한 MY Hotel을 선택했습니다. 전체적으로 소음이나 위생상에는 문제가 없었습니다. 하지만 연인과 함께라는 여행 목적에 잘 맞지 않았습니다. 햇빛이 들지 않고 전망이 아예 없었습니다. 안락함이 떨어졌습니다. 배낭여행을 다니는 분들에게는 저렴하게 1박을 해결할 수 있는 곳이라 생각합니다.

호텔 위치는 시내에 있지만 전체적으로 추천 하고 싶지 않은 호텔이다. 에어컨은 너무 시끄럽고, 호텔에서 수건 하나만 나오는데..그것도 별로 안좋고..이런가격에 아침도 안나오고..방은 적고 침대 하나도 넘 불편하고..뭐하나 좋은 점이 하나도 없는 호텔이었다..방이 그래도 좀 조요한 방에서 잔것이 좋았다고 해야 하나..

Super Tipid but sulit”
Highly recommended for travellers na wais. Location wise to roam around the city. The price was worth it. Breakfast was yummy, especially their garlic rice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. All in all 10/10.

Best value and walking distance to shopping and food”
The staff is friendly and helpful. Our initial room has dimmed lights so we asked to be transferred. They were booked solid due to kadayawan event but were able to transfer the following day to a much better one. Love the convenience as it is walking distance to shopping, food, and City Hall. The only thing the owners should change are those dim lights. Replace it with bright ones because it was hard to open our luggage (TSA with codes). Also very straining to the eyes. Another one is the parking. If they clear some of the items on the side it may be easier to get out. Other than that if you don't have a vehicle, plenty of taxis and jeepneys.

No nonsense cheap option”
A decade of staying in Davao and this hotel has remained solid. Excellent location. The rooms are clean and the staff polite, it is a basic place but I find it tremendous value for money.

Value for money, slightly old facility yet room was big at least the one that I was staying. But has a modern entrance and receiving area.... I like that there's elevator, hot shower is functioning, very clean facility even the room u can say that cleanliness was maintained... Smells good ...and free breakfast, though I didn't avail it as I was on Intermittent fasting ......overall Very Good Place....

the room had rather poor lighting controls and the A/C unit was ancient and was rather noisy.

Pros- near the restaurants and other tourist spots. The breakfast is ok for us. Cons- the room given have a poor wifi and the aircon was not functioning well so thay transferred us to another room. Overall, the hotel was just fine. Do not expect any further.

Good and Bad”
The Good ones: 1. Easy to book (website/booking sites) 2. Was able to change booking dates w/o the addtn'l charges 3. Location - City downtown, near food est, banks, church, malls, comm'l est, and d like. 4. Affordable rooms The Bad ones: 1. Location - Surrounded by R18 2. Limited parking space 3. Dated rooms and facilities (I think the curtains weren't change for months) 4. Lavatory was outside the CR 5. Dull and dark 6. Wasn't able to order food (Cook took a break) 7. Unattended phones (Phones were not answered several times, both resto and front desk) 8. Inability of the front desk to go beyond their duty in helping clients 9. Limited breakfast choices (3 choices)

The toilet bowl are so dirty. I dont know how the maintenance do there jobs.
