Nice place, a short distance from an exclusive seafood restaurant, good for those with transport, and well protected at the entrance. The staff is very helpful, gave us extra pillows on request. However, the shower needs improvement as the bathroom cum toilet is a bit small, and the hose for the toilet should have a control as the force of the water is too strong. If they change the hose, I'll stay here again.

The picture of the room is quite different from the real ones...low cleanliness.but the wifi speed is very good.

Lovely staff, no window”

Staff were really lovely, went way out of their way to help us out and even bought us some tasty local food. Thanks! Drinking water refills, kettle, fridge and hot shower. Aircon worked well and beds clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the room was extremely musty smelling, no window and not much ventilation.

Overlapping order”

Disappointed once arrived as the staff told us that there is no room available for us even we have paid earlier as they have 'overlapping order issue' with Agoda. Luckily, the hotel manager willingly to refund our money by cash and he even tried to find an available hotel for us (school holidays season so it's hard to find a room).

Very nice People”

When I arrived, the guy at the reception was very kind. He gave some rambutan fruits and arranged for my travel the next day. He honestly bargained to get a good price and got a discount which is quite rare for any hotel manager in any country.

So far the services is good, but still need some improvement. Room lighting is dim, only one bulb was functioning. Tv cable problem and dangerous, can make electrical short. I think it was no cctv or other security tools outside the room or at the stair. Can hear neighbours sounds and sometimes they make noisy. Satisfied with wifi and clean toilet. Thanks for sent and pickup us while shopping at Pasar Siti Khadijah :)

Not present! the sink is stuck water doesn't flow. Room furniture is dusty. The room's light is dim & some of them is not working. Toilet flush is not working very well. No other room that we can change to a better condition.

Not gonna stay there anymore”

i just stay one night here. the staff counter was okay but looks lazy and not sure if she's a real staff or not. the room smelt like cigarette smoke and seriously i don't know where it came from. the back area was dirty and messy with laundry and cooking stuff.i always stay in cheap dorm and hostel but i think the kitchen/laundry/common room have to be well maintained and clean. the atmosphere of the place was not nice and pleasant. kinda dark and dull kind of place.

Friendly people, but that does not compensate for the rundown state of the hotel. No top sheets. When requested, we were given "fitted" sheets. No flat sheets were available.
