Not recommended to other friend”
We book room for 4 person and confirm with full payment and last when we reach there's no body at counter...we call one staff no he said no more room available for 4 person...very disappointed

Shocking place, next to train station, construction site. Hopeless staff which is one person”
Slow response from the only one staff. Shocking facility conditions, no tissue paper in the toilet. One shower tap is broken, have to scroop water from wood container . Smelly dirty place. Room is OK but noisy from outside. Won't go there again.

Really really bad customer service. Leave customer unattended. Lift dark no light, water supply limited and pungent smell of toilet. Did not reply to email. But this place was the nearest and had vacant during my booking time.

Refund”
I booked by 8.49pm, arrived 11.00pm, no one there, i waited an hour, room is still messy, bedsheet is dirty and room so smelly, the staff request cancel as themselve fail to meet customer expectation. The room is totally not as photo display.

Terrible ”
It was so disappointing. I admit it's actually cheap cause it's hostel based (dorm) but still cleanliness is vital. Plus the pictures displayed must be taken when they first opened the place. Do not believe the pictures. The bed sheets and blankets are gross. My God,they had the audacity to ask me an extra RM10 when even they didn't prepare my room before me arriving there. The bathroom is worse. I think the bathroom has not been cleaned for decades. The tenants there might have been staying for months cause I can see from the way they keep the place. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. No matter what happens,don't book a room here. It's a matter of security too. The place is ghostly with the staffs looking at us at a very uncomfortable way. You need to at least clean your bathroom and room.

Bathrooms are aweful, dust and mess everywhere, quite a depressing place, we tried to cook something and one guest gave us a liitle electric cooker and that one another one woke us up at night and was telling us off that it was her private one. Internet just in the common area, even though the router was just behind the wall. Good points, close to the train, good price, free coffea, tea + breakfast (toast with some kind of spread), they organized us Uber driver - very nice chap, it was 10-15 rm more than official price but it was prebooked to 4 am so no complaints

Ok for a short stay”
The internet was slow and only worked downstairs in some of the rooms, the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the whole place is pretty far off the track. There aren't many things to do around. It is even a bit sketchy at night. The only good thing is that the Bus and Metro station is close but it is still a hassle to go anywhere. We were out of water for a few days, which resulted in a very bad smell of urin but that got better once the water came back on. The kitchen is nice, just no cooking plate. It's probably better to live in chinatown, if you want to spend little money and still feel like you actually live in the city.

Need some renovations for the toilets. Shower and toilet could be cleaner. It was written that simple breakfast would be provided with bread and spreads. But when we went to the kitchen, the bread in the fridge didn't look fresh at all and there was no spreads available. The sugar looks like it has been sitting there for a very long time Room is very spacious. You have kettle and drinking water available for use.

Budget comfort”
Wallet friendly option in pricey KL. liked the simple, no frills concept. Delish food especially Santa's comfort indian food. 3min walk to monorail & lrt. would stay again. staff friendly & helpful.

All the share areas was very dirty, thr place unattended.. the entrance is just a elevator in the steet full of spider net. I will not come back to this place and I definily not recoment this place to anyone.

we was 3 friends who choose this hostel because have free Breakfast and its nearest to the Batu caves than the hostels around chinatown.. the place is clean and cozy.
