지난번 클럽룸 이용하고 좋아서 이번이 두번째 이용입니다. KL 센트럴에서는 거리가 좀 있지만 호텔 바로옆이 대형쇼핑몰이고 공항버스가 직통으로 와서 전혀 불편함없이 지냈습니다. 클럽 라운지도 럭셔리한 분위기에 깔끔하고 라운지 조식은 가짓수가 많지 않지만 조요와고 한적하게 식사할수있어 일반 뷔페식보다 훨씬 좋았어요.

Great clean and new hotel but you are better off not booking from Agoda”
Great hotel in my opinion. And if i'm not wrong there are residences from floors 5 to 18 so there's actually not a lot of hotel guests when i was there, and the place is exceptionally quiet. Next to Paradigm mall which has almost everything so a very convenient location as well. Only problem was the water temperature during bathing, as the temperature seems to switch from hot to cold frequently even if the tap was not touched. And i thought the room i booked has a bath tub but it doesn't, not that it mattered since i don't intend to use it. However, would like to say that Agoda does not give you the best price for this place, neither does it honor the best price guarantee when you find a better price. So search for options for cheaper booking when you book.

Excellent stay ”
LOVED my stay at new world hotel ! I booked it last minute for an extra night and I do not regret a single bit ! The service provided by staff was impeccable and the rooms were classy and clean !! Absolutely loved the infinity pool and the whole view . Check in was done under 10 minutes and everything was settled fast! There’s even a nice rooftop restaurant on top which is a little pricey but has a nice view ! I only wish there was as a new world at KL !Will definitely be back again !

Suitable for even family of 5”
I have 1 infant traveled with me this time. The hotel cleanliness is awesome! With all the facilities they have are good enough to keep my young children occupied, eg. rooftop swimming pool, tv show Cartoon Network and good city view from 19th floor level. The room is spacious enough for even 5 of us and of course with a baby cot provided. Staff are friendly. Only next to the mall so easy to grab for quick meal or necessity pick ups. Definitely recommended!

The Room is clean n tidy.. Very comfortable to stay.. Daily cleaning service.. Room is way too beautiful.. i love my stay🥰 Easy to find food since the hotel is in the Paradigm Mall.. The mall restaurant closes by 8.30 to 9pm.. So go fast and get ur Food😁 before itz too late.. This stay would be recommended for couples due to the glass door of washroom.. They still has door to close..

Connected the Mall, But Different Buildings”
Convenient because of its connection to the mall. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is free for hotel guests. From the parking (Tesco) there is a small alleyway to the lift. Take the lift to what is Ground, exit into hotel entrance (no desk staff) and take a different lift up another 2 floors to the lobby proper (with hotel staff). Visitors are basically going from one building (Paradigm Mall) to another (New World) which are next to each other.

Price is really worth it if booked early. Excellent service, staffs are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Not to mention they provide free parking until the day of check out (no charges even after check out time). I have accidently left my charger in the room, managed to get it back on the next day. The receptionist handled to me-nicely packed in a laundry bag, how thoughtful ❤️

Short stay for anniversary celebration. Room was decorated with rose petals and a complimentary delicious cheese cake! They gave us corner room with excellent views. Room was clean and en-suite was superb! Kids also loved it. Breakfast spread also got many choices with great ambience. Sure will come again in the future!

Last minute club floor/room booking for staycation. Had the best pampering by the team at the club floor. Food choices and beverage was good. Got an upgrade to a beautiful room! The swimming pool is to die for (magnificent view) and it's new and has clean look design. Definitely will go again

Review on Premier Room - Great new and spacious rooms, ultra clean and comfortable bed and pillows - among the best sleep I ever had in my life. Gorgeous hotel with tasteful decor”
Stayed twice, once during off-season and another during the holidays. Had to wait an hour for the rooms to be ready when I stayed during X'mas. Otherwise, the hotel is a pleasant place to stay. Do take note that some of the rooms have semi-transparent bathroom doors. The Premier King room has completely opaque bathroom doors so if you prefer privacy, I highly recommend going for the Premier King Room. Also, I love that the toilet has a long-hosed bidet, which is absolutely perfect for Muslim travellers.

Nice hotel”
Hotel just inside Paradigm Mall, very convenient, beside the hotel is bus station, bus to airport, family mart, coffee bean, many food around. Hotel room very modern design, toilet and everything is perfect, only the aircon is too cold, even we put 25°c still very cold, the pillow not the one i like but the bed is comfortable. Swimming pool got a very pretty view!

very good location.extend the stay and tried the breakfast buffet using shopee voucher.staffs at pasar baru were polite and fast.the breakfast spread ok,but not too much option.we arrived late but they still gave us time to finish our bfast.overall,satisfied.extend to one more night due to meeting conference call.wifi line no issue at all.husband arrived late night and unable to contact me but the reception guy very helpful and help him to check and sent him to my room.thumbs up for the above and beyond behaviour.

First time booking an overseas hotel and it was a pleasant experience, the staff are all very friendly and I check in around 2am after a long bus ride from Singapore. The room is nice and comfortable! I slept like a baby on their bed!

Beyond Good”
The room that we stayed was awesome. The overall design and functionality are impressive. The water pressure, heat, a/c and amenities in the room were just awesome. The breakfast buffet took the stay to a completely differently level. Awesome endless choices. The staff that we encountered were professional and always pleasant. Met a Mr. Mydin from the Restaurant and he went out of his way to ensure our comfort and needs were taken cared off. This level of commitment was not only from him but from all the team members in Breakfast Buffet place. Thank you very much for a remarkable stay and the only regret that I had was that I was there only for 1 night. My wife and I will surely be back again in the near future.
