The Worst Experience At A Hotel Ever!”
I had the worst experience in this hotel. We stayed here for a night since our flight to MO will be on the next day. The first Staff who accommodated us was great. However, during the night, when I had allergies due to their set of bedding especially the comforter and pillows (due to feathers), the night staff was very rude! She's ultimately the most rude of all! She doesn't want to be called as a receptionist when she actually is. She doesn't want to accommodate my request to have us transferred to a new room at first, until I got infuriated and she was definitely an a**hole. She could not send any staff to help us move all of our things as we've traveled all the way from Abu Dhabi, UAE, and we have 9 huge luggage bags! That lady is impossible to deal with. Seriously, this was our worst experience ever! Back in my home country, Marriott has good reputation, but this specific hotel turned it around. This hotel doesn't seem to look like a hotel, it's more of an inn type! The curtains, and windows were so dusty, The TV and remote weren't working. This will be definitely our firt and last visit to this hotel!

フレンドリーなスタッフ”
チェックインの際に印刷したバウチャーを見せたところ私達の予約の情報が確認できないと言われました。が、親切なフロントスタッフの対応で宿泊することができて助かりました。翌朝もフロントで同じスタッフが昨夜はすいませんでしたと声をかけてくれました。 ルームサービスの朝食が美味しかったです。 ホテルの前のバス停からQ23のバスで地下鉄7号線の駅まで15分くらいでした。タイムズスクエアまで1時間くらいなので次回もまた利用したいと思います。
