Old and need of work”
Hi I was really disappointed with this hotel, foyer looked great, however when you got up to the room, a lot to be desired. I thi9nk this hotel needs a major facelift, rooms and hallways look like a prison. Our toilet broke down and the noise level was horrendous from other rooms. This is really just for your info, not a lot can be made of this , however need to spend money on the whole facility.

Very Bad experience to stay in this hotel”
I have been changed 4 rooms when I checked in. First two rooms had air condition problem, and the third room had one cockroach on the wall......... very bad for hotel clean.......... never stay there again.

I will not reccomend this hotel to anyone”
Me and my wife stayed at Novotel Parramatta for one night. Checkout was on Sunday 11am. One of the hotel cleaning staffs opened the door without even knocking while we were still in the room. I requested reception to let me know the outcome as soon as possible. 2 days has passed, no contact yet. Secondly, when I booked this room, I paid through Agoda. Upon checkout, they were asking me to pay again. Was there no communication between the agent and the hotel? Very bad experience.

Poor value for money”
Our room had two double beds for the four people staying there. Pokey room with basic amenities. Staff not very helpful. So over priced it was almost unbelievable - probably because there were two concerts at nearby Olympic Park.

GREAT LOCATION ”
The Novotel Parramatta has a fantastic location that is easy to find and provides secure parking also. The rooms were nice and breakfast was delicious. The price here is amazing for room and breakfast for two people. Also the hotel's location in Parramatta's 'Eat Street' (Church St) is fabulous. Everything is a very short walk. The only downside with our room was the bathroom as the shower head was very low and most people over five and a half feet tall would have to bend down to fit under it. Other than that the hotel was fantastic

1. When arrived for check in there was no booking in their system (had booked 4 months earlier). Quadruple room with two double beds was not available, so we were give a room with one king bed. 2. "Heated" outdoor pool was freezing. Unable to access it with room key as the lock was broken - therefore had to first go down to reception and get someone to come up to the pool to let us in each time. 3. No clean towels by the pool area. 4. Breakfast - while the food was nice, the breakfast area was chaotic and there was a long wait time to get a table. 5. When I went to check out and pay for my room I was told the room had already been paid for. A week after my stay I have had incriments of $50's and $100's taken from my account by Novotel. No communication from them to explain or discuss. The hotel and the room we were in were clean, but unfortunately all the above issues made our visit to Novotel Parramatta a little disappointing.
