서비스아파트 형식의 호텔로 주요 이용객은 중동사람들이었다. 동남아 사람은 우리 일행외는 보지를 못 하였으며, 중동사람들 특유의 향수 냄새에 많이 힘들었다. 부깃빈땅과의 근접성이 좋았고 경전철 이용을 위한 접근성 또한 우수하였다.

The room need to be renovated. Door lock is broken, power outlet broken, chair is old and dirty. Light in toilet did not get fix in time, old small screen TV. Location and Wifi is good and the staff is very helpful.

As per the other reviews, the rooms were dated and cleanliness was wanting, but the staff was friendly and very quick to respond, this is am old apartment and as such has it's own quirks. 1.) It is connected to the same pool as a hotel but because it is not the hotel, you don't get towels 2.) daily cleaning is done but there were some cockroaches seen during my 3 day stay. So in my books, that's not clean 3.) room is visibly old with some fittings that were not functional (plugs) and some fittings that were damaged (cornices on the wall) I would like to say that for the price and location, it is not unacceptable to me, but it has to noted that is just my opinion. Do also note that NS Golden has quite a number of rooms available which I am very sure that some will be better and some will be worse.

ventilation not good, full of smoke, shower no hot water only go out warn or cold water. staff very good but the room services staff very funny. knock the door and tell me they need to do cleaning, and want me check out. but that time not reach check out time. 3 cleaning staff waiting in front the room until i go out for check out.

Pleasant stay with friendly and accommodating staf”

It was a last minute booked for a room . I arrived slightly early and the staff was very helpful and friendly to allow me to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. Mark the staff that I would like to mention as I find him very sincere with his service.

Previous comments are all positive and feel to this point value for your 'ringit' but where it did not succeed was internet connection. Feel they may be doing it on the cheap as several times over three days internet was unavailable - elsewhere they have a good product.

Was a little surprised by the Private check-in method, the service, facilities, and location are good but we have been sleeping with cockroaches for nights. They've just became part of our family.

First of all , Im booked this suite due to my flight cancel . And the nearest loaction to my previous accomodation is this suite. And Im like the prices m tehy offered . Unfortunately , the actual doesnt represent what the picture shown. Old dan some even broken furniture , dirty bed sheet , and fan only aircon .

The apartment we got was old and dirty especially the carpeting was torn and smelled bad. Definitely not returning.

Unexpected staycation.”

There were few of short coming from the hotel itself and definitely need to improve a lot. Firstly the hygiene of the room. There were baby cockroaches found running everywhere in the room. No Complimentary mineral water provided. No Complimentary carpark ticket as need to pay for the parking fees. The toilet also need to improve as water flow then to choke and the toilet bowl also need to repair. Access card to the room also sometimes have problem. Hope that the management would look into it for the betterment of the hotel. Only good is just a door step from shopping mall and also the views.

Pros: -Location. -Big Room. -Good Bed. -Good Water Pressure. -Cold Air Con. Cons: -Old Room. -Old Furniture. -Shower Light Not Working for 3 Nights. So we took our shower at bath tub with no shower hear holder. -Basics Given = 2 towels. 1 floor towel. Soap bars. Shampoo and Conditioner. Thats all. No toothbrush. No toothpaste. No hand towel. No face towels. Basically we stay there due to the BEST LOCATION. So if you can forgive the cons. Then book it. Otherwise look for another one.

room is spacious but some of the room facilities need some repair i.e water faucet and access card to the room and elevator should be given extra not just one access only, so can enable us to go freely on separate location. but overall arrangement is great.

Poor Staff Performance, Poor Maintenance”

The maintenance is very poor that the bathtub is water leakage, the water basin is flooding. The arm chair is out or order. The worst case is the hotel hotline and customer service support. We have placed the luggage at the office after check out and have our lunch. On the way back to the executive suite tower, we have contacted them to pick them up. However, we take over 20 minutes to phone the hotline continuously. Of course, we can get back the luggage but we are 30 minutes later. We are in a hurry to go to KL Sentral to take the coach back to airport. Finally, we miss the coach and need to pay RM 25 each person to take KLIA express.

The room is ok with extra bed provided in my room. The check in is a bit trouble and lack of information how to to check in and check out. If you are carry with heavy luggage ,then you may walk quite distance for check in and check out
